I hate leaving bad reviews but the damage done to my skin caused me unnecessary distress and made me feel like complete crap. I went with a friend to get a custom facial. I had one new pimple that obviously wasn't ready because it was deep rooted ,red, and didn't have a head yet. The esthetician giving me my facial literally decided to try and pop my pimple. She irritated my skin so much when I left my pimple and skin around the area looked worse than before. She told me not to worry that by the next morning it'll be ready to pop. The next morning it looked worse than this photo. I had to ice it for 30 min before work and had to wear an ugly beanie for two straight days to cover my forehead. It is the third day since then and I still have to try and cover the hideous scar she left me with a hat. Waste of money. DONT COME HERE read more

I have been coming to Dr. Speller for 2 years for Hormone replacement therapy. The reason for my 1 star is her lack of professionalism. When I came in for my pelleting appointment, she refused to see me! Her reasoning was her requirement for me to get blood work done before seeing her again. This is not true, and she never told me this. She did however mention it is best so we can see where I am hormone wise, but never mentioned she would not see me. I call that unprofessional and rude! After calling and leaving Dr. Speller emails to obtain my medical records, the girls in the office helped, as she apparently was on vacation. Clearly has no care for her patients. The great thing about all this is I found someone closer to my home and she charges $100 less! Win, win for me. read more

This place is so unprofessional. I purchased a treatment package and after confirming my appointment, I was called less than 24 hours and was told the person wasn't available. I rescheduled and rearranged my schedule and once again I was called less than 48 hours and was told the person wasn't available. I explained to Jackie that I was extremely disappointed and it was very unprofessional to cancel on a person at the last minute. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. I bought the groupon special Ten Lipotropic B12 injections. I called to make an appointment, I made the mistake of telling them it was a groupon, the receptionist then changed her tone and told me Oh, well we don't have any appointments until next Friday. (Mind you, you only have a limited amount of time to complete the shots as well.) Same day: My sister calls them back to make an apt. for the same shot, but does not tell them it is a groupon, OH sure you can come in today, tomorrow, Friday, what is a good time for you? Why are you putting specials on Groupon if you do not want to honor them? Once I find a place I like I am very loyal, I would have continued to go here after the groupon. I find this very poor taste, especially after the pandemic, there are a lot of people who actually want customers. I will happily take, and did take my business elsewhere. read more

I got infected due to their IV treatment. I went here for a bit. Super happy to have Vitamin Iv's available. Detail to bloodwork and alternative care. Unfortunately the last time I went for a Vitamin IV there was a new nurse. She tried one arm, couldn't get the vein then went to the next arm. Couldn't get the vein again and then tried another time in that same arm. It hurt tremendously and after the second attempt on the second arm she inserted the fluid. My arm hurt badly after but I thought it was just bruise. Two days later when I was on location for work, the pain deepened and my arm started turning black. Over three days I couldn't move my arm and had a deep infection. I understand things happen, but when I tried getting in touch with the office over 6 times over a four day time span I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the office. No one would call me back and I got help from a doctor in the city I was in. The fact that they were unavailable/unreachable in a health crisis due to a bad application by their nurse- made me upset, angry and of course never going back there again. All other staff are nice and accommodating. I've been coming here for few weeks now and get to maintain my weight even when I succumb to few days of cheat days . Three years ago, I came in for a facial using a Groupon deal, and I basically never left. I was grateful they use PCA skincare because I have highly sensitive skin, but even more grateful they recommended I consult with the Dr. Goodloe to get to the root of my skin sensitivity. I was already seeing an allergy specialist elsewhere, but the extensive testing offered here found another food sensitivity that I was not previously aware of. I was having a hard time with my eczema, constantly using steroid creams until it got to the point I could no longer due to the detrimental after effects of long term use (skin thinning, aging, etc.) Nothing my dermatologist tried was working: non-steroid ointments, creams, and allergy tests. Not a big believer in holistic medicine, but willing to be convinced when I saw a good offer for a series of vitamin B shots on Groupon. I was surprised that the doctor did not check in on a new patient/customer at any point, so after a couple of visits I asked to meet her. She was generous with her time, though the half hour we spent together was really more about all manner of expensive tests and treatments than anything else (and it did strike me that, even though she complimented my mask, she did not bother to wear one at the height of the pandemic - this was a few months ago). I stopped at the front desk on my way out to schedule my next shot, and the receptionist advised me that I had just had a $200 consultation! And not only that, but she insisted that she had told me so beforehand, which was absolutely, positively, 100% not true (or I would have NEVER agreed). Naturally I refused to pay, and when I called later about my next appointment I was told they would not honor the rest of the prepaid vitamin treatments as a result (I had received only 4 of 10). I thought this was entirely dishonorable, but given that the treatments had had zero effect on my energy or anything else, I was frankly relieved not to go back. Why two stars...? Well, the people were generally nice and I don't like punishing small businesses. But this is really no way to run a business, let alone a "holistic" center. read more

The Dr is so amazing she takes the time to go over my questions and concerns regarding my weight and overall wellness. i have seen a big change since i started coming here I have am no longer taking medications and i am feeling great about myself.
