I made the mistake of requesting a quote from this pervert, Robert (Rob) Sanders, owner of Rob…read moreSander's Architects, and I need to WARN every single lady like myself TO NOT HIRE HIM AND GO THROUGH WHAT IVE BEEN THROUGH As soon as he arrived, I had this uneasy feeling... that I should have trusted He told me that I would ruin my floor tiles if I kept shoes on in the house & requested that I take them off. So I took them off and he Immediately complimented my feet. I kept catching him staring at them, which was really weird... well it gets weirder... So We did a tour of the house, showing him what I wanted done.. Well, When we got to the bedroom, he threw me on the bed and pulled out a knife telling me that I needed to sit still or he was going to hurt me He proceeded to get on his hands and knees and started licking and sucking my feet!!!!! and he didn't stop till he was satisfied I've never been so humiliated and disgusted So this is your WARNING Ladies, if you have had a similar experience, pls share so this man can be stopped!!

We used Rob upon recommendation of a cabinet maker after our original architect's wife became ill…read more My suggestion is that you only use him if you are tall. He is very tall and would not design for someone 5'2" even though I requested it. Between him and the arrogant cabinet maker, I had no chance of getting something ergonomically designed for me - except the antique front door whose knob is actually too low! Kitchen counter and upper cabinets were too high. Bathroom vanities were too high. In general, he does not design for the homeowner. I also have an eye problem that requires good natural light. The kitchen he designed was both too tall and too dark even though I questioned the problem of not enough light i his design before we started. He's a pleasant person, but better suited for tall people and colonial renovations - ours is not a colonial, it's an Arts and Crafts Shingle Style with too many oddly colonial touches now. Our new architect is a dream, gets the house, gets the light, gets ergonomics, and has done a phenomenal job of redesigning for our needs and honoring our requests.

well ive been thru horrendous childbirth, pancreatitis,& 3 hip replacements. nothing left me…read morebending over & wretching like their portapotties. even tho it's an hours drive, took my 2 friends to see this place which i have grown to love and they were sick of hearing me talk about it. Shakespeare once penned "to thine own self be true." i would pen this as "keep thine own manure to thyself." have been going here for years BECAUSE ITS UNUSUAL.BECAUSE ITS HIGH END. yet nature called this time. when i asked about a restroom they pointed me to the back where the porta potties are. the first one i opened was simply a predessor of what was to come. the other two left me w an impossible choice. i was trying not to dry heave entering the chosen one which was a slim comparison of the lesser of the other 2 evils. by the time i got to the front entrance where the car was parked i was bent over the car holding onto dear life with persistant vomiting onto the gravel. i felt so pretty. my friends would not go to lunch as planned as their description of my dryheaving in the car & my green face did not lend itself to eating. to not describe these portolets is not spareing you dear reader, but myself from the visuals that would prompt unyielding dryheaving every. single. time. that i think about this.my problem with this: i have a pretty strong stomach. my dad in the medical field would come home for dinner & while we were eating could easily talk about such subjects as pus. im no stranger when it comes to intestinal fortitude. these portolets were otherwordly disgusting, which to me were a complete insult to their customers who are spending small fortunes. i have never left there spending less than $300.00. and I'm on a pretty tight budget but I plan & save to come here. and most of their customers did not fall off the turnip truck or are backwoods farmers looking for something "purdy." show some respect to your customers. you want me to spend $250. 00 on some little garden ornament then clean up your act. make sure you use a real bathroom before coming here. "to thine own manure be true."
