Everyone with GWD was absolutely wonderful. They communicated constantly and did an absolutely AMAZING job. They took my vision and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I can be very hard to please and expect high end work and they met every expectation. They were higher price wise than some other companies I communicated with but they were worth every penny. You get what you pay for. I 100% recommend GWD and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

I called Glenwood Weber Design because I wanted a small landscaping project done in my front yard. I spoke with the owner and he was very cordial. Knowing that my budget wasn't huge ($4-5K), I asked for a ballpark estimate over the phone. I was first told, "We don't do ballpark estimates over the phone." After I mentioned my limited budget, he was willing to entertain it (I assume because he didn't want to drive up north for a small project). Wrapped up the phone conversation where he agreed to give me a high level estimate. I sent him a survey, pics of the area, etc. and zero response. So, perhaps if you have a ton of money or are closer to him (even though I'm in the area of service), the results are better. As for me, I cannot recommend one that doesn't bother to keep their word. read more

Glenwood and his team are amazing from start to finish. We have a small backyard space that we desperately needed updating. They are prompt, professional, creative, detailed, communicative and willing to work within your budget. There is no space or budget limit. Glenwood showed us detailed sketches and gave us several options for design as well as several options for budget constraints. We chose to do half now and half later and the team was very flexible with this. Because our space is small, the actual work was finished within a week and the finished product is fantastic. My experience with Glenwood was nothing short of amazing from the start- I had them build me a whimsical bouquet for my maternity pictures and I needed it for around Valentine's Day. While no other florist wanted to help me because they were too busy- Glenwood said they would make it work! Glenwood and the team were punctual, professional, and patient with my questions/needs. Even after work was completed on my yard, Glenwood let me know that I could reach out in the future if any concerns ever arose. After 2 different attempts to get quotes on some landscaping work for our house, we have given up and accepted that they are not getting back to us. While they came out and gave very good ideas and were very professional, they failed to follow up on the initial consultation and did not provide any quotes. We followed up with several calls and were told that we were next on their list (1 month has passed since) and we still have not received a quote, or a follow up call (the first time they simply ignored my emails/calls and also did not get a quote). If you are unable to do the work due to high demand, or because you are simply not interested in the work, the professional/right thing to do is to let the client know so they are aware of the situation and can move forward with another option. While they may do great landscaping work, their inability to provide adequate customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and reflects poorly on their business. I would not recommend them to anyone based on their customer service. read more

We have a patio home with a small front yard that needed some serious help. We don't know much about landscaping or gardening, but we do know what a bad front yard looks like. So, we called multiple landscapers to give us a quote on how much it would cost to spruce up the yard. Some didn't offer free initial consultations, some didn't show up to their appointment, some said our job was "too small" for them, and some never followed-up with a quote. We were so frustrated. Then Glenwood came to the rescue! Finally, we met someone who cared enough to give us the time of day and help us with our landscaping issues. Not only did he and Travis help, but they also really worked with us on the budget. They came out to our place several times and were very responsive.
