They have a cute outdoor bar plus a couple tables inside. Order 3 slices to go which can be done outside at the designated area. They always have dinning options inside. Came on Sunday at 3:30pm, there was no wait and our food was ready in about 10 minutes. The pizza was good nothing spectacular. If I'm in the area I would come here for a slice of pizza but I working go out of my way for it. The service was good as well. This might be the best pizza in the Atlanta metro. If the weather's nice, grab a seat outside, order a couple of slices, and have a beer. It's the perfect setup. The staff is relaxed and attentive, making sure you're taken care of without hovering. I went with a pepperoni slice and a classic cheese slice, and both seriously impressed me. There's a window off the eastside belt line. I was able to order quickly. It took a little while for my slice to be ready considering it was just a slice. it was just okay. again as a new Yorker I have a high standard for sliced Pizza and I would just say it's okay. when I'm in the area on the belt line I may stop here, but I'm not sure that I would fully go out of my way to come here. So worth the extra $4. The pizza was humongous! The box doesn't even fit in your trash can when you're done. Our order came with these delicious and addictive peppers and the best ranch I've ever had. The pizza was so flavorful and the crust was baked to perfection! Was disappointed they didn't have the pimento cheese pie but absolutely fit the bill for rainy pizza night with the family. There are way too many joints in this town acting like they serve New York style pizza, when they do not. Finally, Glide is like home. I will say for the burrata pizza it is entirely too much honey that comes on top so I would recommend getting the honey on the side if you don't want sugary pizza. From the tiny unassuming takeout window outside Irwin Street Market to the this new and improved Beltline location, Glide has easily slid into my list of top pizza slices in Atlanta. There is now a second location inside Inner Voice Brewing in Decatur that is much more convenient for me - and is even better for sitting and eating with a boozy slushie or beer. I wasn't a huge fan of the location itself of the Irwin Street Market window, so I'm glad they moved to this new location. Parking was super limited (although free) and the seating was very meh. Don't get me wrong, there is some parking is available (not free, maybe find some street parking and walk over) and there is some seating (not as comfortable as the Decatur location). Pepp City is my go-to slice - spicy and salty and that red sauce is everything. Don't cheap out, GET the pizza ranch with it. AND the hot honey - which is perfect with the garlic white or sausage slices. I'm not a huge fan of the pizza if it's not fresh - not my go-to "cold" pizza if that makes sense. While I love the crust fresh, after it gets cold it seems to lose its soft plushy texture. Even reheated properly it's just not the same. So definitely recommending ordering just enough and eating it the day of! Overall, Glide has easily one of my favorite thin NY style slices in Atlanta! read more

Always great pizza. Love going to Glide in downtown Decatur. It's located inside Inner Voice brewery. So you can grab a beer and some pizza. I typically just get a slice or two. Love that they service slices. The pizza is typically really tasty and cooked crispy. They have seating inside and outside. If it's super busy it's hard to get a table. Also stinks because the line goes throughout the brewery so people are just hovering over your table while you're trying to hang out. I really think the brewery should get some garage doors on the pizza side so the line could go outside. (Little idea) I would say I would prefer if more sauce was put on the pizza. The staff can sometimes be a little to laid back about the way they handle the food too. We saw the cashier handle money then put his hand in the cheese, then grab a slice multiple times. Also when someone was picking the slice out, they kept touching every slice rather pointing. Lol. I guess the oven burns off the germs? Other than that, Glide is awesome.
