Summary: Wings were good. They screwed up my pizza order and refused to rectify the situation. I paid $68 for two pizzas, and the service was terrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this pizza place. Overview: - even if you order from their website, the service fee is more than $7.00. They would not accept orders over the phone so I could pay in person. This seems very suspect. -Takeout order placed on May 1st -I ordered 2XL pizzas, which were one spicy pepperoni and one buffalo. The spicy pepperoni was missing the ricotta and hot honey toppings (basically making it their "cup and char pepperoni" pizza, which is $5 cheaper). The buffalo pizza was missing ranch sauce on it. - I called them to tell them this, but the guy on the phone said he was too busy and refused to help me. He kept saying "I humbly apologize", whatever that means. -He suggested I come back to the restaurant, but I was not going to drive thru Friday afternoon Atlanta traffic because the business screwed up my order. I visited Brix and Stones on a Tuesday afternoon, while trying to kill some time. It was not busy. I went in and ordered on the kiosk. The worker came out to greet me and let me know it would be a few minutes for one of the pizzas for slices. I ordered a cheese slice and pepperoni slice. There were a few seats if you wanted to dine in but I took mine to go. The pizza was good but it was pretty greasy. The pepperoni slice was dripping. They do have a variety of options if you're looking to try something different. I had saw previously they have $1 late night slices which is how they caught my attention previously. So I was looking for a few slices and I happened to pass this spot. It looks like it's kind of newness very clean. If you don't know you're looking for it you may miss it though because its tucked away a little bit. When I got in they were doing deliveries and shipments I guess, and I waited there for about 5 minutes for somebody think about me. I thought yo backrest somebody to get up to the front to talk to me to take my order. Once I got the first decision did come to the front end was attentive. But I feel like it should have taken me yelling back. Especially because the place was completely empty it was nobody there to take anybody else's attention. But I will say the customer service did get better after the fact. While waiting for my pizza, I was able to laugh and joke a little bit with the people at the front, so it was honestly a mistake I assume. They seem very good natured, But that does not make me ignore the fact that I had to sit there and wait for 5 minutes, especially don't have anybody else to serve. Now I only came for a slice of pizza, I got the pepperoni because it looks like all they had was pepperoni and cheese out. I do have different types of pizza but I guess it just depending on what time you come and what's available. Go get the pizza you want and put it in the oven to heat back up for you. Tried them for the first time Tuesday. The service was great. Please note this is a carry out place. You can't sit down and eat. This place is located close to Home Depot and apartment/condo. Two of pizzas are 99 cents (cheese and pepperoni I believe) per slice. Other pizzas are $1.99 per slice. We got a slice of buffalo chicken, jamaican jerk pizza (my fav), and pepperoni pizza. And then we got a 12" buffalo pizza. Pizza is thin and crusty-that's NY style. There are cheese and chili pepper shaker at the station near cashier and kiosk. You have to order at cash register for slice and kiosk for whole. No chairs to sit. Must stand or to-go. Walked in and was greeted with nothing but attitude. Associate was unknowledgeable about products. There was no where to sit. The music being played was explicit and insulting. Clearly this place is not designed for families, which is shocking, seeing as how it is located on the bottom floor of an apartment complex. The food was good, albeit prepared several hours ago. Tavern style pizza with what tasted, felt, and smelled like Egg Roll dough. Not what I expected from a pizza. If you are a fan of that type of taste and consistency, this will be right up your alley. Yesterday, I took my GF here during one of our romantic outings to Splash laundromat. We got 2 slices each; pepperoni and veggie for me, cheese and veggie for her. 2 slices was the right amount for my lunch, and a little more than enough for her. We both thought the pizzas were very good; possibly better than the ones We've had in Manhattan. Although, those 99cent slices outside Port Authority bus station are a much better value than the $4-6 per slice here. But hey, we all have to make a living.
