None of that happened. Instead the focus was entirely on selling a package (no single sessions available) starting around $1,800 for skin lightening alone. When I mentioned the price was significant, I was immediately asked if I had Care Credit not given any context about the treatment or its value. When I said I needed to think about it, the consultant did not open the door for me, and no one acknowledged me as I left. For services involving sensitive areas and significant cost, you deserve transparency about who is treating you, what they're doing, and why. I didn't get any of that here.
