She picked it up and you couldn't even tell it had been touched. Now it seemed a bit expensive, but I have no idea how much these things cost. It could have been cheap for all I know. For the speed and quality it was worth it. The shop is connected to a small pawn shop but don't let that bother you. I went in to look at guitars for a minute and it was nice and clean. Very friendly people. If you need your jewelry adjusted or fixed, I would recommend this place. They worked out great for us.
