My god I don't even know what to do our where to begin. This company has taken my families money, gave us faulty jackets, refused to answer emails when I reached out in November (5 days after they got the jackets) to say there was something wrong. Our jackets pilled immediately and looked horrible. But no one would answer the phones or emails. We already had another order in since new kids had joined the team and I was panicking. For 4 months no one would get back to me. Fast forward to February. Finally someone responded to me about the jackets after I tried filling out the customer survey again. She seemed helpful. I had hope. I sent the jackets in to her and asked multiple times for her to cancel our current order- I have emails and emails and emails of me attempting to email anyone from GS to cancel our existing order so we could find another business. No responses, they just ignored me. Finally she responded and said they were going to give me a refund, not for the full amount, but for something. Ugh- okay. At this point anything is better then nothing. She also stated that they'd need a few more weeks on the jackets (the ones I've begged for to be canceled) since they have to test new fabric. I said no, I'm not waiting weeks-I've already asked to have those canceled and refunded anyway! Crickets. I emailed all week to know how much our refund would be so I could let my families know when I'd order them new jackets from our new vendor. Crickets. Then the box shows up. It has all the faulty jackets in it with no explanation on anything. I had to continue emailing them and emailing them. Finally I get a response this morning. They are just giving a credit!!! And this new person is now telling me the jackets I wanted canceled- that I'd asked to be canceled about 10 times over the course of a month were magically already being done? A day earlier I was told they needed weeks since they were testing new fabric? So here I am. 7 of my families are out money and product, 9 of my girls have defective jackets, and I'm left to sit here and sob because I'm just so exhausted and done. I'm humiliated and ashamed that I ever even went with this "business" and that I'm letting my kids and families down. I feel scammed. This has NEVER happened to me before. Other then the studio I'm currently unemployed and After this post I got a very quick email from them. Apparently I need to learn how to spread love and light. Something I know how to do very well when I'm not being treated what I have by this company. They also sent me a recommendation to read the four agreements. In closing- PLEASE be warned. This company is not worth the stress. I've lost sleep over this!!! read more

I have had nothing but great results with this company and have been very happy with all of the products I have received. To date, not one lost rhinestone and everything has been great quality, right down to the super cool boxes. I appreciate that they are willing to work with a small start up group and have gone out of their way to make sure that I have gotten everything I've needed. If I had any complaint, it would be that their sizes run very small on most items, so I have found better results sending them measurements instead of sizes. read more

I emailed with a question about ordering jackets a d within no time i was sent a proof of my jacket and was ready to order. I even received my order before the scheduled delivery date. We wanted samples to review and they were very helpful. Only problem is that it took a long time to get samples. After we reviewed the samples and submitted an order it was a circus trying to get them to ship to us. Totally unreliable., Poor communication within the company. If there was something less than a single star, I would certainly choose it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We had four teams place a large order with Glitterstarz for our poms and cheer parent wear. We originally had a problem just getting the company to respond to our designs and set up our internet store so we could place our order, it took many weeks. This put us periliously close to when we needed the apparel in time for football season. Elizabeth, the owner, promised a 5 day turn around if we went with the wholesale side of the business and didn't require an internet store. I spoke with her and sent many emails to her so she understood our deadlines and how important it was to get the apparel. She told me that while the design side of the business and especially the internet store design was bogged down, their production side ,was FAST and could handle our order no problem. Myself and another team manager called and emailed many many times over the course of 6 weeks. We were repeatedly told that the order was in production and would be shipped in a matter of days. Football season came and went. No apparel. When I asked about the committed 5 day turn around, I was told I must have been mistaken..... luckily I was able to send emails back to them with the 5 day commitment. Two weeks before our first competition, I started calling every day. I was continuosly told over and over that the order was finalizing and would go out the next day. I told them that I absolutely couldn't get it any later than thursday before the competition so it could be distributed, and yet everyday they told me: not problem, it would make it, that they would fedex it. On my Tuesday call 2 days prior to my deadline, they told me they would call me that afternoon with a tracking number. When I pushed them about it shipping today, they would only commit to calling me later with a tracking number. Really suspicious when a company can not commit but just repeats a line, kinda like a politician. I told them that if it didn't get here by Thursday I was cancelling the order. Not 10 minutes later, I got a call telling me that they are not able to get the order thru production and would be refunding me my money, over $1500. When I pushed back, she admitted that they actually hadn't started the order! This was after 6 weeks!!! THey said they tried their "best" -- which I guess includes lying to me repeatedly and not being upfront about what they could produce so that I could order somewhere else. SO, now I have 4 teams without any apparel for our competition and only 2 days left. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have no business values and will tell you anything to string you along, even if it is a BLANTENT LIE. read more
