This company has taken my families money,…read moregave us faulty jackets, refused to answer emails when I reached out in November (5 days after they got the jackets) to say there was something wrong. Our jackets pilled immediately and looked horrible. But no one would answer the phones or emails. We already had another order in since new kids had joined the team and I was panicking. For 4 months no one would get back to me. Fast forward to February. Finally someone responded to me about the jackets after I tried filling out the customer survey again. She seemed helpful. I had hope. I sent the jackets in to her and asked multiple times for her to cancel our current order- I have emails and emails and emails of me attempting to email anyone from GS to cancel our existing order so we could find another business. No responses, they just ignored me. Finally she responded and said they were going to give me a refund, not for the full amount, but for something. Ugh- okay. At this point anything is better then nothing. She also stated that they'd need a few more weeks on the jackets (the ones I've begged for to be canceled) since they have to test new fabric. I said no, I'm not waiting weeks-I've already asked to have those canceled and refunded anyway! Crickets. I emailed all week to know how much our refund would be so I could let my families know when I'd order them new jackets from our new vendor. Crickets. Then the box shows up. It has all the faulty jackets in it with no explanation on anything. I had to continue emailing them and emailing them. Finally I get a response this morning. They are just giving a credit!!! And this new person is now telling me the jackets I wanted canceled- that I'd asked to be canceled about 10 times over the course of a month were magically already being done? A day earlier I was told they needed weeks since they were testing new fabric? So here I am. 7 of my families are out money and product, 9 of my girls have defective jackets, and I'm left to sit here and sob because I'm just so exhausted and done. I'm humiliated and ashamed that I ever even went with this "business" and that I'm letting my kids and families down. I feel scammed. This has NEVER happened to me before. Other then the studio I'm currently unemployed and After this post I got a very quick email from them. Apparently I need to learn how to spread love and light. Something I know how to do very well when I'm not being treated what I have by this company. They also sent me a recommendation to read the four agreements. In closing- PLEASE be warned. I TRIED placing an order back at the end of March before I was even working and when I first attempted to order, the website allowed me to create an account, select scrubs, enter in my card information BUT when I clicked submit order I got an error message saying error something went wrong. I tried again at the end of the day and same thing. My first day comes and I have no official scrubs to wear to work. I tried ordering again and same error message. I decided to order through Cintas (wonderful experience with them), seeing as I had no uniform to wear to work, and needed them fast. A few weeks go by and I get a phone call that one out of my three orders from La Bella Uniforms is ready!?! I immediately call the store and was directed to the manager. I explained that on three separate occasions I tried placing an order, all of them giving me an error code so I was under the assumption my orders where never placed!?! I was told that despite the error message (which is their fault), I am still responsible for the scrubs as there are no returns. I asked why I was being forced to buy scrubs I was led to believe I never ordered and all I was told is there are no refunds. I asked why I never received a confirmation email that these orders did actually get placed and was told they don't send confirmation emails. So you will allow me to create an account with my email but you can't send me a confirmation email with my information that you already have. This is literally the only thing online that I have ever purchased that I couldn't or didn't receive a confirmation email for!? In today's world of online ordering, it's just ridiculous!! My nightmare doesn't end there. It's now almost two months later and my other two orders that I never knew I placed, are still pending!?! I again don't get updated emails but I have to log into my account at work to see it's not even completed. I have been working two months, spent over $200 unnecessary on their scrubs I can't return and I don't even have them to wear! This is absolutely ridiculous!?! I will never ever ever order another thing from this company!? They have been nothing but a headache to me and I will gladly take my business to Cintas who provided efficient service with updated emails all along the way. Please spend your money elsewhere. This place has done nothing to keep my business.
