I went in this last weekend and was horribly embarrassed. I took a gal with me that had never had a pedicure. Our appointment was at noon and I asked if we could do the VIP pedicure and they said yes. They didn't do the hot towel or wax for her (basically just did a basic pedicure) and I kept asking if they were going to and they finally did the wax, no hot towel. It was embarrassing that I had to keep pushing and asking. We did 2 VIP pedicures with gel and, after sitting there for literally over 2 hours, I changed my manicure to just a gel polish change. I had brought my own gel polish for both my fingers and my toes. We finally get done after 2:30 and I go to pay. They tell me my total is $185 or something around there. I get really confused. I asked her about my total. She said I did the wax and they charge extra. I said it says right here on your services "package includes: / YLAN PEDICURE & PARAFFIN WAX." Then she told me you did gel. I responded with right that means it should be $65 each for the pedicures. I grab their current menu options to verify pricing hadn't changed. She goes back and forth trying to tell me the charge is for the wax and gel. I tell her it should be $65 each for a total of $130 for the pedicures and $25 for the gel polish change on my hands. (Only I did a gel polish change) That would bring my total to $155. She sighed at me, was talking very loud to the rest of the ladies across the salon, and I had already looked awful by telling them we needed to leave after being left in the chairs for over 2 hours. It was super embarrassing. She then said she was charging me an extra $5 for my gel polish change because they "put gel on my nails." I'm not sure what a change is now because I thought that meant changing the gel polish. Mind you I brought my own too. I didn't use their product and didn't get a design or any extras. I paid the bogus amount and still tipped (wish I wouldn't have tipped anything in all honesty). I had absolutely no problem paying for what we got and asked for. However, I do have a problem with being charged extra for nothing and then looking like I'm causing a problem when I ask about the bogus extra charges. She also cut my finger with the dremel when removing my gel polish. I will not go back after this. I would've been fine with paying more if they had said something about their prices being wrong when I showed them THEIR services menu and asked for the services but they didn't. They didn't say anything until they tried charging me extra. I had even asked about the wax being included when I kept asking them to put the wax on my friend. I am embarrassed there was such a scene, I'm embarrassed I had to speak up, and I'm disgusted with how they acted. Never again! *There are other reviews that notate bogus charges as well. So disappointed today from my nail appointment yesterday with Nora because my normal nail tech is out of the country Tina who is fabulous and charges me $35.00 for a fill. I didn't realize until I got home that Nora over charged me $5.00 for a fill and I gave her a five dollar tip which is fine but then I realized my fill should have only been $35.00 and not $40.00 because that's what it's always had been from Tina. I called back today and spoke to Nora she tells me she doesn't need to tell me that it's going to be five dollars more to get more than one color on my nails, but even at the register she never said it's $5.00 more she just said it's $40.00 wow bad business practice. (Never heard of such a thing) Then she replies that I didn't asked her and that it's not her fault. I am the customer so I shouldn't have to ask her and she never once said she was going to change me more for having different colors, never going back. bad customer service. The salon is under new management. Care is being given to update the appearance of the salon to make it their own. I went in for a fill and asked for a Halloween theme on my polish. Oh my gosh. The lady is talented. She hand painted 5 different images on each nail. There was a spider web, ghosts/ghouls, spider, a dark in the shadows face and a vampire's dripping blood. The work was very precise and she did an awesome job. Can't wait for my grandbabies to see them. She also applied a glow in the dark top coat. On top of all that, I had gone in with a break that had broken my nail pad clear across. She took great care in reinforcing my nail so that it could heal. Top notch service, great atmosphere, friendly staff. You can't go wrong with this place. Try them next time you need a mani pedi. You won't be disappointed. If there was the option for a zero star review I would of chosen it. First of all when booking online the kids visit says free and wasn't. It cost $40 per kid. Secondly I paid over $215 for two sets of shitty nails and the two kids visits that should of been free. They don't even push cuticles back prior to applying nails so they very quickly need filled! You may be asking why I paid such an outrageous bill that I didnt agree with. Well the answer is simple. No one speaks a good enough English to explain the prices or to argue the pricing. The color I chose and the ability to make an appointment for 5 pedicures was probably the only thing positive about this place. My daughter, my sister in law, her daughter and my mother and law and myself had an appointment for pedicures, for the 5 of us. We got there ON TIME and we still had to wait. That was slightly annoying, not a big deal. We got seated and waited, and waited. Our water got cold so we requested that our water be drained and hotter, she made it scalding hot, it was whatever. Then the ladies got started on our girls toes, I asked for them to not put gel on my daughters toes because I didn't want gel on her toes, and she got sassy with me. Then the girls were done before my sister and I were even started on. She hardly worked on my toes, she kept leaving, which I understand when you're the owner and have to answer the phone and check people out. NONE of the gals wore gloves, and I felt like we were already on their nerves so I didn't ask why. Then we got to the painting part and she missed spots and got it on my skin and she didn't even file my toes right, when we got home I kept catching them on the blankets and sheets. She put the light on and it slid and burned me so I adjusted it with my other foot and she looked up at me like that was the wrong thing to do... it was whatever, I can tolerate it. But then usually you get a hot towel or your calves and feet massaged.. nope. She put lotion on and said I was done. We got our shoes on and we're checking out, she told me the total of my toes & my daughters was $69 and she asked for a tip. No! I'm not leaving a tip! The most that MY pedicure should have costed was $35 and that was extra for the gel! The amount of "work" she did was like a $25 pedicure. I was pissed. I felt completely ripped off. Normally, so your clients aren't shocked at their total, you inform them of the price before and or while they're getting their pedicure. Nothing was mentioned, not once. I'm a cosmetologist and that's the first thing we learned in school, was to let your clients know the prices of things and discuss it with them before you just do something. We got home and we all looked at our toes and of course the kids were happy, they're kids and don't know any better but when you're an adult and you're paying for a service to be pampered, you expect to be pampered and have good service, we had HORRIBLE service! We made an appointment and we had to wait, and then once we did get worked on, we were rushed! I felt no sympathy when she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Tips are for customer service, which was not received. It was like getting pedicures from a robot. The absolute worst place I have ever been. Demanded cash even though there set up for credit card. Act as if there machine doesn't work until miraculously it works when you refuse to give them cash. I have been here dozens of times. I won't be going back. I went in on a Monday afternoon. It was pretty busy, but nothing terrible. They told me and a friend to come back in thirty minutes. When we did, we still had to wait another twenty minutes at the manicure table before anyone saw us. They gave us half of their gel color selection to choose from. During my manicure the nail tech kept getting up to do various tasks. She screamed at another woman across the room and talked over me the entire time. Meanwhile, my friend was sitting next to me not getting her nails done until my manicure was basically finished. I was 9.5 months pregnant and the manicurist spent less than sixty seconds on my hand massage when obviously I could use a little pampering! After all that waiting they still charged my friend an additional $5 to remove her existing gel manicure. I totally understand being busy (they really weren't that busy) but this experience was just horrible. On top of that, their toilet is still broken after months and months. There's a sign asking for toilet paper to be put in the trash instead of flushed. It was there months ago when I went for a pedicure and still hasn't been fixed. And please don't ever get a wax here. Years ago I watched as my cousin got her eyebrows waxed in the back room. The woman performing the wax continued to dip the same stick back into the wax after it touched my cousin's face... over and over. Imagine if it had been a bikini wax! read more

It is close to where we live and the prices are very reasonable. They do a good job, the people are friendly, and they seem busy every time we have gone. More employees need to be trusted to cash out clients! While seemingly waiting for a pedicure polish to dry, we waited more than 15 minutes before asking to check out. While there were at least 3 employees available (and they were very kind and apologetic), I was rudely told by the only one who cashed out that I would have to wait "a few more minutes" to pay, because she was working on another client's manicure. Waiting to pay for close to 1/2 hour after service is completed isn't acceptable! Also, a gross side note, the only toilet available had a bowl with a thick ring of black mold. I only discovered this while waiting to pay. If they don't clean their bathroom, are they adequately cleaning their pedicure chairs?! Yuck! read more

First of all one star is way too much...Went today to get a pedicure and thought we would give this place a shot. Absolute biggest mistake..they were so rude did not talk to us but once, and continued to chat in their language each time we would make a request or make a comment. Which we all know means they are talking shit. They were in a bug hurry to get us out of there, they didn't even ask what package of a pedicure we wanted. When I asked for a manicure or polish change (which she could have done at the seat I was in) she said they were too busy. Mind you there wasn't anyone waiting... when I asked if she could please use the tool to get off the skin on heels she said she could not do that as they aren't allowed anymore.. when it was time to pay they told us it was 40 dollars each, which sounded way too expensive. When we went out to the car I looked online and it looked like we were charged for a package we didn't get..scrub etc. So I went back inside to ask if I could talk to the lady who did our nails..well she said she didn't have time to talk and to leave my number. Umm noo that didn't fly with me. (I assume she speak no English) so I asked the front office gal for a menu of their pedicures. When she asked the gal she said that they ran out of menus on mother's day and they didn't have any left and the printer hadn't finished them. Haha what a bunch of bullshit. Also didn't have master copy to show???? Needless to say I am not hapoy at all with the service or lack there of that we received at this crap hole. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
