I had a 1pm appointment for a nail fill. I arrived and checked in and was told they would be right with me. After 15 minutes they said they were running late and asked if I would like to have a pedicure while I waited. I didn't need a pedicure. My appointment was for a fill. I thought this place was really good the first few times I went in, but today was another story. There was a whole bunch of new people there that didn't seem like they had their license and were doing pedicures on us and they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing at all. The place was so over booked and one of the only nail tech that knows what she is doing was doing 4 people at once. I usually get a great manicure and they talked me into acrylics that are thick and bumpy. I am sad to say that I won't be back. $70 pedicure and a gel manicure. Had appointment but waited an extra 1/2 hour because they took walk-ins instead of honoring the appt. They failed to provide simultaneous mani - pedi as expected. This took far too long. BELLA was less than professional and rude. Asked her to massage my entire calf, she refused. Attitude about everything! Bella tried to rush me into the chair when I was clearly blocked by my daughter- then she ignored me yet talked alot to other tech in Vietnamese. So rude. Water was too hot for feet "It'll cool off." Made her add cold water.. twice. Wanted entire calves, not half way up the calf massaged too "it will-get the chair dirty (with product) SERIOUSLY! Bella balked at re-trimming cuticles. Asked her to actually finally rinse my legs at the end with the sprayer..she balked at that too THEN she placed toe separators and then left them in place and did my gel mani instead!!! Again...SERIOUSLY! Toes have regular nail polish and need time to dry..every nail tech knows to always paint nails prior to the gel or dip mani. I should have told Ashley to get me someone else because Bella was just ridiculous. She has no place at all in a service oriented business. This was two weeks ago, I have left messages at the salon and corporate with zero response. In fact yesterday called to talk to the manager and they hung up on me! Wow, is this really how you conduct business! I gave them so much time and many opportunities to correct this situation. They failed miserably. Would have given zero stars if that was an option. I've always been happy with my nails when I have left here. Only thing keeping me from leaving 5 stars is even when I make an appointment I always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes before my service is started. More respect for people's time would earn 5 stars from me. read more

Friendly and clean (although I think it's unsanitary to touch other stuff like your phone the music etc when you have gloves on for the client) I arrived at 5:13 my appointment was at 5:15. The gentleman pointed out that I didn't bring my sandals to which I replied in not getting color as the last technician used a drill on the beds of my toenails and I'm letting them heal. My pedicure didn't begin until 5:45. I was sitting in the water for about 15 minutes before it started. The pedicure itself was subpar. Maybe the tech was tired but it seemed very lazy. She started to use a drill to buff my nails and I had to stop her. I didn't have polish or gel on my nails and didn't see a reason to drill the beds of my toenails. read more

LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO I POSTED THIS REVIEW SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD THE MANAGER TEXT ME ON HER PERSONAL PHONE ON MY PERSONAL NUMBER AND HARRASS ME. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING IVE SEEN. Please read before spending time and money here, I had booked an appointment over the phone for myself and my friend we both arrived on time and both knew what we wanted right away. They had taken my friend first for her full set, and I had sat there waiting. Thinking it wouldn't be as long as we were told it wouldn't and that we would be having our nails done at the same time. I had sat there patiently waiting for 35 minutes at this point, when another client of theirs walked in without a appointment because her nail broke and needed her nail redone, they took her immediately, without hesitation as I still sat there waiting for my booked appointment she then decided she wanted a color redo for gel so they did that for her. At this point, I had been waiting there 45 mins, and my friend was just about done. I told them that If she was finished before someone took me then I'm leaving, marshall said well we will not charge for shape of nails, oh man a huge price difference. Well then marshall sat me down with him about 20 mins later. I at this point was livid, but still gave a chance. I showed him exactly what I wanted and be blatantly told me that it was old, not good enough, and it's been done for years. I frankly wanted what I wanted. I don't care about trends being old or not. He then proceeded to tell me he was the best there was and no one in the valley could do what he does and was very full of himself. He was very proceeded about doing what he wanted and not what I asked for then said he wouldn't charge me for the extra airbrush he wanted to do. At this point I still refused and then he still pushed. I was so tired of arguing I said whatever. He then started to talk in his language to his coworkers. Then this elder lady arrived and had a scheduled appointment with him and he said I'm running super late today and quoted 45 minutes or more she was upset as she was on a oxygen machine and said she may not have enough to last her that long as then they kept offering her a pedicure yet that costs more money obviously that's all they wanted. I told marshall to please take her and I would go with someone else, as I know how to respect my elders. He LAUGHED, and said she'll be fine she always complains like this. You do not talk about your elders like that and do not disrespect your clients like that either. After he had just stated to me that he doesn't do this for the money he does it to build his clinetail. He then continued my nails and they ended up looking like I was out digging in the dirt with my 6 year old all day. They were horrendous. He asked if I liked them I stated I definitely didn't. We then went to pay and my nails yet still were more than my friends who literally didn't have much done at all just a plain full set with very little design. I very much made it clear I didn't like what I got and yet they just didn't seem to care. I then said that they needed to fix them the next day to what I wanted without any charge as this was completely on them. The next day I arrived and Jessica the manager started my nails and then told me if she fixes them that I'm NOT ALLOWED to leave a review at all. This is an absolutely fantastic nail salon! I have nothing but good things to say about this place! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly faces, and most importantly, a beautiful, very clean salon. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I can honestly say, Jessica is my favorite nail tech ever! She has found a loyal customer in me, that's for sure! They are a step above anywhere else I've been in the valley. There's always ice-cold lemon water if you're thirsty, they are really good about making sure the pedicure water is the perfect temperature and there's good conversation from the entire staff. They really make it a point to make you feel comfortable when you're there. Each different tech specializes in a particular area (gel/acrylic/dip/etc. etc.), which is great because you end up with such an amazing finished product when dealing with a specialist. Their menu is extensive and laid out in a way where it's easy to create the exact experience you're looking for. I am so glad I tried Glitz when they opened, I'm never disappointed when coming here and I highly recommend you give them a try!! read more
