He seems to always be rushed and not neat. My pedicure was great. The woman who did it was kind, professional, and took her time. I really appreciated that part of my visit. However, the experience with Peter, who did my acrylic full set, was disappointing and uncomfortable. As soon as he sat down, he made a comment about my hair, asking if I "didn't feel like doing it today." For context, my hair was styled in a natural curly, half-up, half-down look. When I let him know that curly doesn't mean undone, he doubled down and suggested I try straightening it. The comment was rude and unnecessary, but I chose not to make a scene and let him continue. The nail service itself was not much better. I asked for an almond-shaped French tip set. He cut me with the drill, and when I pointed out that one nail was crooked, I had to push for him to fix it. While painting, the white polish ended up all over my fingers and even on my wrist--and he made no attempt to clean it until I asked. The finished nails are lumpy with uneven shapes, and the French tips have no crispness or precision. Overall, they look rushed and messy. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction at the front desk, I said I was happy with my toes but not with the nail service. The response? Silence. No apology, no concern, just complete indifference. I went to get a Pedicure on Friday and I noticed , they did not have enough people working there. A girl started doing my pedicure and I noticed she was rushing through my whole pedicure! She did not do the massage on my legs , before polishing my toes and I asked her, "Don't I get a massage", before you polish my toes and she said I did and she not! Have been going here for the past month and I used to get the DIP nails because my nails were too weak. Since going here, I have gotten away from all DIP and even Shellac. I get more compliments per day than I ever had when they were long with the DIP service. And the aloe pedicure is amazing. My only complaint (actually not a complaint) is an appointment is definitely recommended. As a walk in you will wait for about 30 minutes but an appointment is seen within 5 minutes of the time booked. I always come here for the sports pedicure, and it's awesome. There are 5 different scents to choose from, including tropical, green tea, and pomegranate. The paraffin wrap is fantastic. The technicians I've had have always been friendly, careful, and competent. I like how they have a wide selection of colors too. Masks are enforced and they require you to wash your hands before and after your service. I remember I had a rather stressful day that day and my nail technician offered such solace in simply conversing with me and offering an ear while carefully working on my nails. No bottom. So you don't have to keep wedging foot inside. It sits on top and you don't have to move. I hate other places that keep tapping you ever 30 seconds to get your foot in. It's not relaxing 7) was offered something to drink. Choices of mimosa. Soda. Etc. I got hot green tea. 8) I found it relaxing. They were patient and gave advice about a few color choices I would come back to this place. Not super cheap but very good quality. Relaxing. And clean. But their quality is outstanding! I had gotten a manicure and pedicure elsewhere two weeks prior and wasn't expecting to need much TLC, but the technicians were incredibly thorough and (gently) worked hard to clean up my nails - especially on the pedicure! I regularly have ingrown toenails and they did a fantastic job getting them out and making my toes much more comfortable! They were also friendly and fun to talk to, and didn't turn me away for showing up 45 minutes before closing. They took their time regardless of the fact they were closing soon.
