Her hair is so short she didn't need a root touch at all cause the color would have covered it. I was told that the stylist is what she is paying, for, she was a top tier stylist. They did not ask any additional questions nor was I offered a refund because clearly she was convinced she needed something she didn't. And look she is in her seventies and what it looks like to me is you took advantage. Had no problem. A coworker of mine had a similar experience where they charged $115 for a kid's haircut.
