I made an online appointment for a gel manicure and a pedicure. When I got only one lady was working. I figured okay, maybe COVID-related. I told her I booked it online and wanted a man/Pedi. She told me once I sat down and started doing my nails that she couldn't do a pedicure because she had another client coming in at 4. I was really annoyed because I wanted a pedicure more and if I'd have known that I wasn't going to be able to get one, I would have gone elsewhere. I found this wonderful gem through Groupon. I had passed it a few times driving on 611, but never stopped by. After reading other reviews and finding the Groupon I figured I would give it a shot. I got my hair washed, cut, and styled. The shampoo smelled amazing and Jessica (I think) showed exactly how much she was going to cut--with my approval. She styled my hair exactly how I asked. I wanted to like it but it is not even close to what I wanted. I asked for balayage brought pictures and explained how I did not want a lot and I did not want it to look like grown out highlights. That personal touch gives you the feeling you are visiting with a friend while she pampers your feet during your pedicure. I was excited because of good reviews, so I booked appointments for 5 people to get ready for my sister's wedding. When I spoke to Wendy, I wad under the impression that there would be several technicians in to get all of our services done in a timely manner. The night before I was sent a confirmation showing each person's services and the technician assigned. The were only 2 technicians assigned to all 5 of us (10 total services). I texted and emailed the salon asking about it, but never got a response. When we arrived, the services were rushed and our nails are proof of that. My cuticles are all cut up ABC's look worse than they did before we started. My sister & my mom's nails were very uneven. My toe is cut. And now...3 days after my pedicure, my polish is already chipped off! We spent a couple hundred dollars there and no one was happy with the results! It also took 4 hours of our day since there was only 2 techs! read more

I came to water lily spa looking to get a hair cut and some partial highlights after getting an amazing deal on groupon. Jessica was my hair stylist she did an amazing job fixing my horrible hair cut from a previous salon and Also brightened up my hair with some beautiful highlights. Very nice clean spa with one on one service loved it . Would definitely be coming back for more touch ups with Jessica. I would highly recommend this place.
