This place is gross the "owner" just sits on tiktok all day the beds and rooms are so dirty pretty sure they put me in an uncleaned tanning bed before haven't been back since because I got a infected rash and the owner refused to do anything about it the lamps are old and cold there are so many lamps that are out and again owner refuses to do anything about it just sits on tiktok all day I have been going here almost every day for a month and pretty sure i got paler that's how bad this place is I also overheard the owner talking about selling the place so im sure you'll go to use your membership one day and the doors will be locked with zero notice to paying customers! just disgusting. read more

Beds were dirty, Made an appt and then had to wait a half hour and the STAFF IS RUDE! Called a few times for the owner because it was mainly the manager who was discourteous and went out of her way to find me on Facebook and send me crazy messages-but never received a call back. The best tanning salon in the area, It is always clean and a little more expensive than paradise and hollywood but worth it

Went here for a little tan while on vacation. The girl at the front desk is amazing! So friendly and personable! She even stayed late one night to make sure that we could tan when we showed up just before it closed. So sweet! LOVE the staff, however these beds are NOT maintained. Many bulbs out in numerous beds and the owner is well aware. Have mentioned to the Manager if they are going to compensate, and she said, no. Highest Level 5 bed @ $70 per month and I am still trying to obtain color. Should be twice as dark after 3 weeks. Last year these beds were pristine when I signed on for a monthly package, this year it's all about the money and not the customers. read more

I tanned here for in the winter while at school and I really enjoyed the place but recently I have been let down. The speakers in the rooms are not either able to be turned on or the music volume can not be changed. The bed need new bulbs more often. The wait time is crazy with all the college girls that go to this salon. They do not promote any of the sales the website says they have so you end up missing them. The girl who work there are not really friendly and one day they even had a dog in the salon barking at everyone because the worker brought her dog to work and could not control it. I go tanning to relax not hear a dog bark and jump all over the place. I switched to another salon with friendly girls and is cheaper! read more

Nice inside but VERY unfriendly staff. Everyone's miserable and rarely makes eye contact. Don't fall for the buy one month get one free! One of the staff suggested I use levels 3 and 4 for a better tan. So I did, and found out a month later that ELIMINATES your free month! Nothing was in writing and there was no verbal explanation.
