I thought a notary sufficed however in Europe often an apostille accompanies a notarized signature. Mark's fees were lower than others and I decided to give it a try. My notarized document was sent to The Language Pros. It went through the apostille phase and then Mark shipped the documents for me to Europe. The entire time Mark stayed in contact with me. It arrived to Europe much sooner than I anticipated. These days I don't see service like this anymore. I will definitely use this business again when needed.

If she took the time to actually read the document, there was a statement written in bold, "This document can be signed in counterparts." I'm not sure if she just lacked the knowledge or if she just didn't care to help me.
