DO NOT COME HERE! This was the 4th time we came here, mostly for convince, and every time we have been here it's been barely passable as substance. I'm 100% positive every good review for this place is a flat out lie. Their drinks are good , nothing special . Tonight I ordered chicken fettuccine and I got soup. It was 30% pasta 70% sauce. My boyfriend got ribeye steak it was way too much seasoning and oil.The veggies on the side was a sad excuse for nutrients, and the potatoes were flat out disgusting . We ordered a salad and the salad bar had five piece of lettuce, two pieces of croutons and basically scraps for everything else. To get service for more drinks we had to get the attention of the waiter, not once did the waitress come up to ask us if we need anything. And after this shit show ? The bill was $137, save your money and eat out of the dumpsters out front. I guarantee I'll taste way better and it's free. Plenty of alcohol plenty of TVs to watch who pool tables it's OK if a trooper wants to come and have a couple drinks but eating I don't know I only had two things on the menu, potato skins taco salad salad wasn't Chris. Everything else is just all mashed together. Meat is over cooked potato skins. Get too much grease on them but if you want a cold beer to place to be I would get a choice from the bottle selection, nothing mug selection the refrigerator that is kept in Rust and dirt building up and they turn their mugs upside down. ZERO STARS . I stopped here with my family. And they made a mistake on our order. So they Brought out our food we didn't ask for so we sent it back. Got our correct order. But when we got the bill the waitress said we had to take all and pay for all the mistake food also because they prepared it. So basically we had to buy food we never asked for ordered. I have been here three times, and each time I have ordered twice. I Dont know who is cooking back here but everything is good and authentic. The people are really great and its always a great time. The shrimp alfredo, to the ribs, lasagna, the steak, amazing. I Dont eat at truck stops much because they are disgusting. But this place from the staff and the decor. Just outstanding people. I came here and it was terrible, I have nothing against gay people trust me but the bartender was gay and I spoke to her friend and the bartender told me that that was not acceptable so I'll let it go afterwards I had several drinks and I had something to eat and upon leaving the bartender and I had quite a bit of difficulties because I said hi or bye to her friend but at that point she began to cuss me and told me that she did not like to speak to people so I called and asked to speak to the manager and then at that point he began to tell me that his bartender nor her girlfriend like to speak to strangers I'm just trying to figure out where the customer service went and why it was such a big issue for the customer to be right. We have been here one other time and our first time was good. Our second time here a few months later absolutely SUCKED!! The food was not right. My fiancée ordered BLACKENED chicken, it was not blackened. I ordered chicken Alfredo and the noodles were not cooked all the way. Half of them were stuck together. Also, my garlic toast was stale. The women's bathroom did not have toilet paper in 2/3 stalls. 10/10 do not recommend! Just to add... there were gnats everywhere and the tables were not clean! We were approached by the general manager/cook with our complaints and she was very rude when she came to our table. She walked up to us with our receipt in hand and said she was "only going to give us $12 back because he ate all the food". My fiancée did not eat all of his food. He ate one un-blackened chicken breast and there was still one chicken breast left and a bowl of mashed potatoes. So after she said she would "only" do the one thing for us... I then said that since she was being rude... I would complain about the other things we did not like. I then told the gm/cook that the tables were not clean(our table had hair and dust on it and the seats were not clean), the womens bathroom did not have toilet paper, my noodles were not cooked all the way... she then got extremely mad and said we needed to "get tf out of my restaurant" and I said I was going to finish my drink before we left because we had already paid for everything.
