There is a pretty vast selection of buffet food, from spring rolls to chicken in black bean sauce, and there's a salad bar with some fresh veg if you feel like you've exceeded your sodium and MSG levels for the year, and surprisingly the food all tasted fairly decent and I could distinguish the pork from the chicken (not always doable...) It has the usual buffet problems-some of the meat gets dried out as it sits there, and the noodles get a little clumpy, so be aware of that as you load your plate. I do recommend the hot-and-sour soup, which was excellent on my cold-clogged sinuses, and the salmon was an exception to the dry-fish norm that I've found at other buffets, so I had seconds.
