I have been purchasing their coffee for a few years now and I absolutely love it. They have very tasty signature drinks (Salty Sailor is my favorite), very good cold brew, and a super smooth coffee granita. The service is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. Global Delights Coffee is a very jubilant looking coffee stand with easy access and great visibility on River Road. The colors and decor make it visually pop so it stands out. Our Barista was an extraordinarily cheerful and pleasant person with an incredible knowledge of the products and combinations. Watching him work was similar to a spectator sport. It was like watching a chemistry artist carefully preparing the drinks, each blend must be perfection (insert smile emoji)! I had the Nutella Mocha. The flavor was good without being overpowering or too sweet. Also, the variety of coffee is not bitter or acidic. Very good coffee drinks. They get dinged a star because their cookie crumbled, literally. It disassembled. It was past its prime. It was an ex-cookie. As an ex-cookie, it didn't go well with the very good coffee. As I was a tourist, I had no real recourse for the crumbled cookie. I had looked forward to that cookie. There were but crumbs, many crumbs, harshing the experience. But the coffee was very very good. Do the coffee. Avoid the cookie. read more

I don't find myself on River Road in the morning too often but when I do, I make time to stop at Global Delights for coffee. It's a cute coffee trailer with great service, quality coffee with amazing flavors. I love the Queen Bee but I recently got the Midnight Mocha and was totally delighted! They have a selection of pastries from a couple local bakeries including Elegant Elephant which I appreciate being gluten-free. The location is quirky (I missed the exit one time and caused quite the traffic confusion) but it's a complete gem! read more

My favorite drive through coffee shop! A super cute little hut making some tasty dirty chai lattes with friendly service. It never takes too long to get our order and it's right off of River Road which is really convenient. I cannot believe I haven't reviewed this gem of a coffee shop. I've been here dozens and dozens of times, each experience is positive and consistent. All the baristas are super chill and friendly, making sure to greet and acknowledge you as soon as you drive or walk up to the stand. They have various deals throughout the week, listed on their punch card. For $.25 off your drink, walk up to the stand or bring your own coffee cup! Favorites: iced Americano with cream and caramel. It is the tastiest Americano ever, I've tried ordering this at other coffee shops and it never even compares. Mexican mocha, fruity flavored smoothies are delicious! Even if I move away from the River Road area, I'll be coming back to this stand frequently. You should too, you won't regret it. read more

Just one example of many is that he takes a percentage of every sale and gives it back to his community schools and other organizations. I wasn't expecting much for a coffee place on River Road, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, freshness, and richness in flavor of my iced Americano. The friendliness of the Barista and the close attention to detail she paid in preparing my drink was a plus. Global Delights is a great espresso that is within walking distance from my house that I love! They offer organic products as well as a variety of vegan options other than soy milk. Although their coffee is always great, my favorite things to get are either a green tea smoothie (it's more like a creamy green tea slushie) or the espresso milkshake. The baristas are always welcoming which is a plus, they have all around great service and food/drinks. They are also open later in the summer, which is awesome! read more

I really wanted to like their decaf coffee. The location is so convenient for me, but the coffee tastes like dirt. Mind you, I don't do caffeine so I can't speak to the quality/flavor of their "leaded" coffee but it if tastes anything like the decaf you'll wonder if you should drink it or plant flowers in it. Awesome little coffee shop on River Rd that always has super friendly baristas. Since moving to Eugene from Portland we have been looking for another great local coffe place and finally found it. The best thing is the coffee is not overly syrupy sweet...so many places you get a hazelnut latte or caramel macchiato and it is so siper sweet with flavoring that you can't taste the coffee and thats not the case here. You can actually taste the coffee and appreciate the roast with a hint of flavor. The cinnamon latte is my favorite!! We get coffee frequently from here and will continue to do so...pastries look tasty too so might try one next time I stop by before heading over to Emerald Park. Plus the cost is great.
