At the very least that is false advertisement and a scummy, unethical thing to do- at worst that is bordering on criminally fraudulent. Who are you expecting to fool with that anyway? The elderly? Older homeowner who could be easily tricked and manipulated? I've included numerous pictures of their scummy advertisements- and this is not the first, second, third, fourth or fifth one I've received. Probably got at least half a dozen of these. He had none of the tricks I see too often such as we just happen to have the door you want from a cancellation. He just had all the facts. Then they sent someone to measure, once again, this was the most detailed measurement I have ever seen, including removing the moldings. There was an issue with my alarm system which they were able to handle easily. Finally, the installation of these premium quality doors went flawlessly. The doors arrived beautifully painted. I got the feeling that each of these people valued me as a customer. In the end the price didn't seem high at all. I would highly recommend this company.
