Doesn't look like a post office from the outside however, you can tell it's a post office cause it has signage on the outside. Step inside and it looks exactly like a post office with a counter right up front and service with a smile right away. Was not busy at all. I used the self serve area either way cause I like doing that. Found everything very easy to find and use on my own along with instructions that are sometimes helpful. I got in and out of there in less than two minutes mailing a package that was really nice. I'm glad I stopped here. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I brought in a package to be shipped…read moreinternationally and had the label printed from my email. Unfortunately, the wrong shipping label was placed on my package. I only discovered the mistake because I had taken a photo of my package before leaving the store. After my transaction was complete, the employee handed me my receipt, said "have a good day," and I then asked if I could take a quick photo of the package before leaving. At no point did I place a shipping label on the package myself. I noticed the error the same day I dropped the package off and immediately called the store, leaving a voicemail on Saturday. The store was closed on Sunday, and I was waiting outside Monday morning when they opened to address the issue as quickly as possible. Despite this, I was later told that the store claimed I had waited days to report the error, which is simply not true. I reported the problem as soon as I discovered it. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I later spoke with UPS representatives, I was told the store reported that I had placed the label on the package myself. That is also false. The package was handled by store staff, and I only asked to take a photo of it after the transaction was complete. UPS Corporate also advised me that the store needed to take action to attempt to stop or intercept the package. However, I was repeatedly told by store employees that there was nothing they could do. Throughout this process, I felt like I was being passed around with no one willing to take ownership of the mistake or help find a solution. As a result, my package was sent to an Amazon returns center. It contained sentimental items and personal belongings intended for my sister in Paris, and those items now appear to be lost. What should have been a simple shipment turned into a stressful and heartbreaking experience due to an error that was not mine. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability, conflicting information, and lack of assistance afterward were even more disappointing than the original mistake. A shipping error has potentially resulted in the permanent loss of irreplaceable items, and I hope no other customer has to go through the same experience.

When it was finally my turn, I realized the adhesive on my package wasn't sticking well. I simply asked the gentleman at the counter if he could add some tape to secure it. I was told I would have to pay for the tape. I understand that costs have gone up, but charging a customer over a dollar just to use a small amount of packing tape is honestly absurd. A roll of tape costs only a few dollars, and this felt like an unnecessary charge for something that should have been a simple courtesy. I've always understood that businesses need to cover their costs, but there's a difference between reasonable fees and nickel-and-diming customers. She sent me over to the kiosk (she seems unhappy to be working there or maybe was having a bad day, whatever the circumstance is I've been in hospitality my entire life...it just rubbed me the wrong way) It was my first time using the kiosk so I was confused and I go back to the desk and told her to just ship it for me I didn't want the receipt. She refused to do it herself and walks me back to the kiosk and proceeds to say "oh you just had to press print" and then I say "ok where do I drop it off?" And she takes my package and shoves it in the kiosk without making sure it makes it all the way in. So of course I shoved it all the way in and she then walks away and says "have a good day" as she's walking away. So it was a blood sample and I'm hoping that my results don't get messed up because she didn't want to expedite my service. If your job is customer service then do it well and give people a good experience. Making me feel stupid for not knowing how to work something just because you're having a bad day is unacceptable.
