We had an amazing experience with this local, truly family-owned security company- N&D Security. So…read morewhen you call the company, owners Son-Mom duo (Perry & Sally) are going to pick up the phone. From the very first call, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable choosing them. There was no upselling, in-fact Perry convinced me to drop some unnecessary equipment (which would have otherwise added to the invoice price). The installation went smoothly, and the team (David, Nathan and John) took their time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. What really sets them apart is the support after the installation. Anytime we've had a question or needed help, they've been quick to respond and genuinely happy to assist. The owner, Perry, dropped by a couple of days after installation to help us out on an issue. It's rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers the way they do. It feels great supporting a local family business, and we feel much safer in our home because of them. We did thorough due diligence for a couple of months and are happy to work with N&D Security. Please don't consume your time in unnecessary google searches, look no further and select N&D Security for all your security needs. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality security service. Thank you N&D Security family from Chaudri family.

They will say whatever it takes to get the sale and then they leave you hanging . I am sorry I ever started with them. My husband would like to cancel the contracts so we will see. I will say that the installers were stellar. They were on the ball and went above and beyond. If only the sales people cared like the installers do.

Below is a copy and paste of a letter sent to the Chairman, President & CEO of ADT. The letter was…read moresent on May 5, 2026 "certified mail" and was delivered on May 8, 2026 (confirmed by a tracking receipt). The actual letter contained all of my contact information in the letterhead, i.e., name, address, and cell phone. It is now July 7, 2026, the letter did NOT receive an acknowledgement or a response from anyone at ADT. The NO RESPONSE clearly shows the source of ADT's lack of customer support. (To ADT: don't bother posting a response asking that I contact you or some other meaningless response in an attempt to portray some level of concern; your not fooling anyone) May 5, 2026 Mr. James D. DeVries Chairman, President, & CEO ADT lnc. 1503. W. Yamato Road Boca Raton, FL 33431-4438 Mr. DeVries: I recently had an unsettling experience with ADT customer service which culminated in a visit from an ADT technician. I addressed the entire experience in an email to ADT's customer service and was shocked by ADT's response, i.e., completely ignoring the underlying issues as if they never happened. I found the response insulting. ADT is foolish to believe, by ignoring serious deficiencies in ADT's customer service/processes, they will simply disappear and not carry forward impacting ADTs reputation. I have spent thirty years as a Chief Financial Officer working for organizations and in seven different industries. ln all that time, I don't recall experiencing such a disastrous customer service department that deliberately ignored serious issues presented to the corporation by a customer. I have come to the conclusion that ADT customer service has either gone rogue or their behavior is directed by the organization. I can't image this is a strategy of ADT considering the corporation's Google review total is 1.6 stars. My questions: Are you aware of ADT's customer service incompetence, i.e., gathering customer information but failing in utilizing customer data to scheduling a successful site visit? Are you aware of how ADT's customer service handles complaints, i.e., ignoring the issues as if they never occurred? I am sending along the communications I sent to ADT customer service and their response. Below is a condensed summary of what happened: o On March 22, 2026,I called ADT and requested a magnet for a new door. Although ADT installed my system, I was on the phone for one hour and 27 minutes to help with identifying the magnet, finalize a price, and asked that notes be placed in my account to avoid any issues when my door was actually delivered and it was time for a technician to bring the magnet. (This call is in my phone history which I provided to ADT customer service, and I know ADT records their calls; but shockingly ADT is ignoring the contents of the call) o On April 14, 2026, I called ADT with my new door installation date of April 24,2026. I asked for a technician to insert the ADT magnet and schedule the appointment as close as possible to the door installation date to minimize the time when that door's security zone would need to be bypassed. (This call is also in my phone history, which I provided to ADT customer service) Page 1 of 2 o On April27, 2026, the technician arrived without the magnet. (I was shocked! Planning the visit with ADT customer service was a complete waste of time) Instead we used magnets that I had previously purchased from Amazon in order to secure that zone. The technician also borrowed my drill bits and file. ADT has significantly wasted my time, not only by not knowing the system ADT installed, but also by not sharing that information down the line for use by their technician. After fourteen years as an ADT customer, ADT's response to this overall train wreck is insulting at best. ADT has changed for the worse, e.g., you no longer offer security, but instead ADT provides incompetency, needless stress, and disrespect by ignoring reality. Sincerely, (Sent via Certified Mail)

One of the necessities of city living, is having some type of security system for your home. I researched several companies and decided upon a highly recommended one, in First Security. First we met the sales representative, Jeremy, who was quite knowledgable about his competition and of course his company. He shared the differences First Security offered and every one of his points of contention were quite valid. I believed his straight forwardness and honest approach and agreed to utilize their services. Now the installation. Larry Conner was their man. This man had so much knowledge about his company, the alarm company they work with and every little detail one could ever ask for. He had the entire system set up in about an hour and completely covered every detail of their system. I was totally able to turn off, or turn on any part of their alarm from anywhere in the world. That was truly a feature we just loved. In early December we returned to our home, to find we had no heat in the upstairs of our home. Since the entire heating system had just been installed, we were totally baffled why this was happening. Was it our alarm installation? Did the installation effect the heating system? We called Larry to discuss the situation. He agreed to come back to the house to check out his installation and to be sure it wasn't caused by him. In an extremely professional manner, Larry explained why it couldn't be caused by the new security installation. He was so concerned that we didn't have heat, he called us at least 4-5 times during the week to see if we found the cause. That was far beyond his job description, but we truly appreciated his concern. We finally discovered by an electrician, that the wiring for our upstairs heating system was done incorrectly and the original gentleman who installed it, came back to repair the problem. Everything ended well, but we were totally taken back by the concern of First Security, We strongly recommend using their services. Totally first class in every way.

For me it's those two things that really stand out. Customer service and "it just works." In terms of customer service, it's hard to do better. The company's response time to questions is very fast. That's pretty much what you want. As for "it just works," the Alarm.Com system and equipment they are a dealer for really gives you peace of mind. It's actually secure. I could not be more pleased to work with and recommend the company.
