After several hours of waiting for a battery, the end result was that the car would no longer start AT ALL *eye roll*...that's another story. Since the car no longer started, I had no other choice than to call for a tow. All-Over Towing is who came to the rescue. Our towing expert was Bryan S. Bryan was kind, courteous and super skillful. We first started with another attempt at jumping my son's car. Dishearteningly, it did not work. There were several challenges with this tow and Bryan took on each one with jaw-dropping expertise. I watched Bryan in total amazement while he rolled the car up on the tow truck bed. He put "skates" on the wheels so they wouldn't drag too much while pulling the vehicle up. The vehicle is front wheel drive. Who knew there was such a thing? When we arrived at the destination, I watched Bryan again in total amazement while he unloaded the vehicle, (although not without more challenges), with such precision and carefulness. I tell you, you just had to see it to believe it!!!! Bryan is beyond words amazing and I am thankful for his help in our time of need. Bryan, if you should ever see this, I don't have enough words to say thank you for the care and concern you gave. You went over and beyond which to me was superior service. My once beloved Fiat 500X was due for inspection in 4 weeks. The check engine light had been on for months and the dealer stated it wouldn't hurt to drive it- they never told me the car wouldn't pass NC State inspection because of it. Ar'd that 4 wk point all of the dashboard system software lit up a panoply of impressive error messages and refused to start. Dealer across state line in VA wanted car towed there but didn't promise much. After this dealer charged me $2,000 to try to diagnose why the AC/backup camera stopped working only to say it would take an estimate of another $5,000 for some wire harness I decided NO. Salvage co in Greensboro offered me 8 cents per # ($200 total) if I towed it to them. So, the future looked bleak UNTIL Mr. Travis Gentry (the aforementioned ANGEL in disguise) came to my house, I briefly told him history and instead of towing it to a local dealer who offered me $500 on a trade in Mr. Gentry offered to take it to his workshop and run some tests. He was able to get the car running, properly diagnose what was wrong, and give a fair repair estimate. I CANNOT say enough good about this angel sent to me ONE day before the registration expired. I love his honesty, fair pricing, and above all his ethics which is a rarity in today's world. RECOMMEND Travis highly. You won't be disappointed.
