went to this place a month ago to the owner Biraj Shah to send a box overseas to India and it Never reached its destination, yet alone have never been received by Fedex (as per them) i've tried numerous times to get into contact but, Their phone number immediately goes to Unavailable Their website is not even officially established. And there are signs of being on break or returning later but he's never there at all. i doubt theres anything i can do anymore other than to warn future customers to stay away from this extremely shady place. read more

Wow, where do I even start! The owner of this store (Biraj Shah) is an incredibly low character. I opened a private mailbox using his website, and paid the monthly fee and the notary fee. My form 1583 was uploaded with the rest of the requested documents. The website said I just had to wait 1-3 days for the store to approve my documents. I called the store 3 days after I open the box and Biraj answers the phone telling me that he'd get in contact with the owner. Surprise surprise, he is the owner. I'll get to that later. Another few days go by and I call again, same excuse of getting in contact with the owner. I went to the store to talk to the owner but I found a "closed today" sign. Fine, maybe there was an emergency and he couldn't be at the store which I totally understand. The problem is at this point I have multiple packages in route to my private mailbox address. The issue is that everytime I called, Biraj would answer and tell me he'd have to contact the owner. Today I went to Biraj very nicely and asked him what was the status of my account, he basically says he won't be servicing me at all and that my packages that are going to his store are going to be returned to sender.... I asked him why? I paid online for the box and also paid the money to have my 1583 notarized. He says "no, I dont want to deal with these mail boxes anymore". There are a few issues with his answer here: 1. His website still had the option to open a mailbox, he stated he stopped allowing it 4 months ago. Why is the option on your website then? Remove it! 2. There's been a sign outside his store saying that he's having a special on private mailboxes. Why would he keep this sign for customers to see if he doesn't want to open anymore mailboxes for anyone? I said ok, I understand. Can you at least just receive these 4 packages I have? I won't send anymore to this address. I'll even pay an extra fee. He says no, nothing can be done. Biraj lacks empathy and sympathy. The package that he forcibly returned to sender today was a gift for a religious holiday that we are having a few days. As a business owner my self, I'd never let this chain of events happen to any of my clients. Honestly I cannot see how he is still in business if he treats people like this. He does not know how to run a business. If he didn't want to serve me in the beginning, he should've told me that over the phone when I called him. Instead, he kept stringing me along saying "I'll have to ask the owner about that". This caused this mess for me because now these international packages will be returned to sender. I needed these items within a certain time frame and now he has ruined everything and caused me a massive headache to deal with. read more

I needed to do a FedEx drop-off and this was the one that was on my way to other errands. I'm glad I came across this one. I've been to a few other shipping drop-off locations, and this one had the friendliest service I've ever had. Also, unlike other places, I actually got a receipt for my drop-offs so I had all four tracking numbers in one place. read more

I was desperately searching for someone who would take a passport photo for my 5 month old baby, and after calling multiple businesses and traveling to three different businesses who ended up saying no, I came across Global Ship-N-Print. The store owner (who co-runs this place with his father) was so kind, courteous, and willing to take the photo for us! As a tired mama who had been driving around with a toddler and a baby, I was so relieved!! The store owner had researched multiple ways on how to take the best photo in order to help us. He was so patient with my family and me, and even took the time to interact with my toddler and made him feel special. We grabbed a few goodies while the photo was processed and printed--a gift bag and charging cable. They have a variety of items in stock and keep the store very clean.
