Between waiting in line and getting my drink, it took roughly 25 minutes. I liked the simple, cool decor inside, and the cashier was friendly, but they were so busy that I ordered and moved along pretty quickly. I added maple flavor to my iced coffee to try something different, and it was good! They also have a cute outdoor setup with bar stools, a patio area, and scattered seating around the yard. This is a great place to grab a drink while exploring Old Town Scottsdale.
