BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! When I purchased my vehicle, I pointed out that the truck's A/C was not working and the front rotors where going bad. They attempted to put freon in it, but they did not have it on site, and I was told to "bring it back, and we will put the freon in and fixed the front rotors. I live a hour away, and work full time, so getting away is tough, but when I did get a chance to bring it back it took almost 4 weeks to get this fixed. I called after a week to inquire about the status, and I was told my paper work got lost. Week 2 I called and the service manager told me they PRIORTIZE new customers, and he would have to squeeze me in. Week 3 I was told my truck was in front of the bay. Week 4 they said it was ready. I always had to call them, and very rarely did anyone return my calls. When I picked up my truck, my tire was flat, and every morning since then, I have to put air in my tire, and also my truck has a very loud rattling noise that was not there before. This entire time all I hade every asked for what was promised to me at the time I purchased it. This company does not communicate very well. As a result they did more work on my truck than what was requested. I was told to bring my truck back up there to fix the rattling noise and tire, but after a couple of days of me calling, I finally get a call back from the service manager who told me because they hade already spent over a 1000$ on my truck, and they were having to eat those costs, they were not going to fix what they broke. the service manager kept saying there was a lot of he said going and when I pointed to the salesman that was there that could back what I was saying, the salesman's response was, "I don't really recall", which I know is not true because we just talked about it about 2 weeks ago. So now I am in the process of replacing my tire, and getting the rattling noise fixed. This dealership is not very trust worthy. read more

I purchased a 2015 Audi A3 from Glorious Motorsports. After taking the car home, I noticed the following issues: * The engine was misrepresented; the number of cylinders listed in the paperwork did not match the actual engine. Did some review on my Safety INSPECTION * There was an EVAP leak * The car was missing a gas cap when I received it. * The airbag system showed faults shortly after purchase. * I have attempted to contact the dealership about these issues, and as of now, they have not provided a resolution. Watch out they are reviewing their own company and getting fake reviews from 3 reviews a day to 0 after me pointing this out publicly Here's how Glorious Motorsports responded to my BBB complaint. They admit I signed their 'as-is' contract - but ignore the fact that they shredded my original signed copy and reprinted a new one without full disclosure. They also accuse me of threats and posting personal photos, which is false. I've only shared public business info and my experience to warn others. I don't know who they take me for I know THE LAW. I love how easy they make it for me this is now what is called deformation The dealer allowed me to test drive and take delivery of the vehicle on a day when my license was expired - from October 5 to November 24, 2025. This violates basic dealership protocols and safety standards. It shows they were willing to bypass legal safeguards to close the sale, further supporting my claim of negligence and deceptive practices. When I bought my vehicle from this lot, the manager gave me a great deal on the car. The backup camera wasn't working at the time of purchase, but he made a point to say he would send me a new one directly to my house. About a week later, I discovered the rear brakes were completely shot. The manager covered the cost of the pads and rotors, which I picked up and repaired myself. About a month after purchase, I still hadn't received the camera. I was later told it would instead be sent to his shop, which is about an hour from where I live, and that it would be there the following week. After I expressed some frustration, he said he could swap it out with another camera at his shop. I went there, and after two hours, was told it was a wiring issue. The next day, he sent me to a sister dealer. After a miscommunication there, I was left not knowing how long I'd be without my car, even though I had been told it would be looked at the same day. At that point, I decided to handle the situation myself and look into repairing the camera on my own. After that incident, I left an honest and low review about my experience. Following my review, the manager reached back out and insisted on covering the full repair of the camera, along with the cost of a loaner car. Before any of this started, I gave him my word that if everything was taken care of properly, I would change my review once the car was repaired and back in my possession. The car has since been repaired at the dealer's full cost, and I am satisfied with its functionality now. That said, the day before I was scheduled to pick the car up, I was pressured multiple times to change my review immediately, even though I had already committed to updating it after I inspected the repairs myself. When I stood by that, I received unprofessional comments instead of patience and understanding. Overall, while there were quirks, miscommunication, and moments of unprofessionalism, I do respect that the manager ultimately took responsibility and made sure the vehicle was repaired. In the end, I am happy with my purchase, thankful that the dealer covered the major issues, and I can say that they did stand by their word to make things right. read more

Will tell you anything to get you in a car. Car we purchased had two issues. They said they'd take care of it and send the parts to me. Month and a half later, you guessed it, no parts. They were not very cooperative when called so I've just given up as the parts are cheap anyways. Also gave me a three month "warranty". The guy who seemed to run the place told me "if something happens you can take it to the dealership and we'll cover it" Guy even signed the paper and notarized it for a 3 month warranty. So far no issues, hope I won't have to try and use it. I'm sure they'll hold up their end of the bargain . If you try to deal with them, take a friend to video the whole interaction from beginning to end. read more

They assured me the car was in perfect condition with a clean history. a week after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on and the motor started knocking. Bought a car from them as of recent. Very nice car, was not my first pick manufacturer wise but otherwise very well kept; only having issues that come from general wear and tear. They are good people to talk to in person for negotiating and figuring out future work for the car. They will stay true to their word on that front. One thing I will say that this dealership needs work on is their communication and noting down customer requests. GMS works moreso around their schedule, not yours. If the work on your car can only be done on a specific unknown day of the week, and the sales rep finds out the morning before, there is a high likely chance that he will forget to disclose that information until the late evening before or the day of the appointment. HOWEVER They are very honest people at the dealership. They are quite helpful in finding you both a good deal and a car that's a good fit for your needs. Again, they stay true to their word of what they will do for you, so as long as you maintain a very tight connection with communication. Stay on the ball if you buy from GMS, and you will own a very well kept, and great driving, car. read more

Title: Extremely Disappointed - Still No License Plate Months After Full Payment I purchased a 2017 Mercedes E300 from Glorious Motorsport in March 2025, and paid in full -- including the cost of registration and license plates. It has now been over two months, and I still have not received my permanent license plate. Despite several follow-ups, I have not gotten a clear answer or resolution from the dealership. My temporary tags expired long ago, and I am now unable to legally drive the car I paid for in full. I recently visited the DMV, and they informed me that the dealer did not complete the registration process as promised. This experience has caused stress, financial risk, and legal exposure for simply trying to do business in good faith. I expected more professionalism and accountability from a licensed dealership. If you're considering buying a vehicle from Glorious Motorsport, please proceed with caution and verify everything, especially registration. I will be filing formal complaints with the NC DMV and the Attorney General's Office if this is not resolved immediately. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. They have nice cars but check the carfax first. Had problems with my car from the start, took it back, claimed they fixed it and didn't and just reset the check engine light. But check the car fax car came from Florida was valued at 10k paid 16 for it here. They will get over on you so definitely do your homework or find another place. read more

Upon arriving to Glorious Motor Sports in Wilson, I called to make sure that the vehicle that I was interested in was still available and ready for me to test drive. I arrive and asked if I could test drive the car and the he questioned my approval from my bank. I assured him that I was approved and I just wanted to test drive. He repeatedly asked me 3 times over and over and over again if I was sure that I had approval. He then said that I need to call to check that I was approved. (Little did he know i have a blank check ready to be used with me today and I called my bank on the way to make sure i was good to get this particular vehicle). He then said "Ok , let's make this quick!" That really caught me off guard because I have never been rushed to just simply test drive a car before. I then proceeded to give him my Drivers license, he copied it and handed it back. He then walked away from me to help someone else before giving me the key or tag to test drive. Since I couldn't just jump in the care and drive, I decided to take a look around the vehicle. Inspection under the hood , looking and truck space, and tires etc. As I'm looking at the trunk , he walks up to me and says "are you ready yet!?" I simply said, "waiting on you sir. " because he was the ones that walked off from me. He was silent the whole ride and when we got back he just jumped out of the car and went inside of the building. No "how do you like it? " no what did you think? ", nothing ! He just walked in. I went behind him after a few minutes and asked , "Is now a bad time for you to sell a car?" He said "no , why?" I said because you seem to have a really bad attitude. He rolled his eyes and said " I'm fine." I really really wanted the car. But the fact that I would have to buy it from someone that is lacking in so many interpersonal skills , I decided to take my check from the bank elsewhere. And to think I drove 2 hours just to get here and leave with such a bad experience! NEVER AGAIN! I did not get his name because he didn't talk much and when I asked for the business card it only had to name of the company and the address on it. No name at all. He was a tall, slim, middle aged man with salt and pepper hair (more pepper than salt). Too bad I can't leave a 0 stars. read more

Avoid like the plague!!!! Car I bought had serious mechanical issues. Bought my PT Cruiser on June 11th and by July 29th I had replaced the radiator and horn, the timing belt broke, and the spark plug wires were saturated with oil indicating other issues. Spend nearly $1000 on repairs and it would have cost me an additional $2100 with no promise the car would start, all for a car I paid $2600 for.
