Such an incredible hidden gem. Brought my little one here and it was a great space to explore,…read morewander and explore. As you enter it's very clean and well taken care of. There is a neat area that they have raised gardens, their own compost area and some fun stuff growing there. Their walkways lead you to different areas and live there a lot of tree's were blooming with beautiful flowers and fruit tree's as well. They host different events and activities during summer you just have to look at their website for when they will be. When you go inside the little facility there is a lot of fun facts, history and little area to read books and ask for information. One of our favorite parts of this area was the Quail land area.. such a cute spot and the kids love it. There are many great opportunities for kids to really take in nature and bringing snacks and water is a great idea. There are many spots to sit and relax. Bathrooms were very clean and I loved that they had a water refillable station near bathrooms. Can't wait to be back. Great spot & had access to a hike trial as well.

What a beautiful but hidden nature center, and I can't believe I didn't know about it before!…read moreFirst and foremost, it's dog-friendly! There are two directions to go. One way leads you to the Mark Ridley-Thomas Bridge that goes over La Cienega and connects to Kenneth Hahn or other trails that lead to other overlooks. The other direction will take you to the Baldwin Hills Stairs. There is also a sign that shows a way to walk you all the way to Playa Del Rey! Something I would love to try one of these days. It is easy to find parking. They have tons of classes, like yoga and cooking classes for children, and the day we went, they had a blood drive going on. The restrooms are clean, and everyone there had a smile on their faces, even though they were super busy setting everything up. I can't wait to go back and explore.

I attended a motivational talk yesterday with Renaissance club and Joe Huff at the Primal Moves and…read morehad a great experience. The worst part is parking, parking sucks, if you don't get lucky that someone is leaving when you're arriving you will have to park farther and walk. I got lucky enough though but later I saw multiple people walking in the hot sun to find their cars streets over. Upon entering we were momentarily confused because there is a small tea/cafe type area in the front, but if you walk past this to the next room that's the main area where no shoes are allowed. I'm assuming that this must be where they hold workout classes but yesterday it was set up with these amazingly comfortable couch cushion type seating as well as regular chairs. I saw that they have a patio area, and a huge rack of all sizes of weights. If they were closer to me I would definitely try them out for excersize. The opener from the event had an absolutely amazing singing voice, he made me feel like I'm in a monastery listening to some mesmerizing chanting. If he ever reads this I think it would have been even better if he didn't stop every few seconds to try to get the crowd to repeat after him, it broke the mesmerization each time he did this, it would have been much more powerful if he went straight through nonstop. Acoustics in this building are great. Next was Joe Huff, he told the motivating story of how he ended up where he is today, and it all started from one event that cascaded into more events, etc. It was a great speech and we were gifted with his book that I'm looking forward to reading. Lastly we got to hear from the owner of Renaissance club which was a very nice speech, it is evident that Renaissance is his passion and truly brings him joy. Overall a great venue for such an event, spacious, comfortable, and everyone was friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

They some how have made it profitable to charge people a premium for a gym and offer no gym equipment. If you want to do what they do, which would be confusing if you do, you can literally go on YouTube and just copy a workout that has no gym equipment. Don waste your money on a gym that offers less than a kids playground.. From Google- "Complaints regarding Primal Moves Venice (Marina del Rey) indicate dissatisfaction with it being overpriced, disorganized, and providing poor value, with some members feeling "ripped off". Others suggested similar movements can be performed at home. There are also general, unrelated warnings in fitness forums about potential risks in improperly performed primal movement routines."

There is so much seating area, tables so you can study and get homework done or just research. They have these cool little rooms if you needed to have a study group or small meetings as well. They do have a bigger auditorium for events or just conferences. Their bathrooms they have to buzz you in just because there are many homeless that tend to hang here. There are also other bathrooms that are kid friendly and you need a key for those. Their kid area is great and lots of fun books and areas for them to study and they also have computers you can check out for homework and fun games. I come here once a week and love it!
