Well, for starters, at 10pm the driver accused me of not having fare. Then began screaming at me to show him my money!!! Then drove 90 miles an hour in the opposite direction of my home, so I called 911. Little did I know he was taking me to the police and they took would scream "show us your money!" I did and NO APOLOGIES, just an off comment that some people try to rip off cab drivers. I was shook for days! Robbed me and left me stranded at 4am!! This taxi is not honest or trustworthy. I have used this service for 25 years, paying cash only which they are very adamant about their oreference for! On this occasion on Sunday November 17th, I had to pay in advance with a credit card. I was very clear about my airport arrival from Colorado to Boston 10:00 flight, Sunday nt arriving at 4:05 am. They sent a car Saturday night, called me in the middle of the night angry, and then dud not honor my arrangement Stole my seventy five dollars, and my peace of mind! Horrible!! read more

We had a nice experience with this taxi service and would recommend -- saw previous bad reviews but we were desperate and glad we took the chance -- a lovely man (wish I would have gotten his name) came to our rescue in a matter of minutes and helped us get to where we needed! We arrived as tourists from the Cruise Ship terminal. We chose to get a taxi because we wanted to make three very short photo stops and didn't want to take the trolly due to our age and physical limitations. The dispatcher was extremely rude and said that we couldn't make the route even though we would be finished in less than 45 minutes because "WE ARE TOO BUSY TODAY. I explained that my husband uses a walker and it would be very difficult to call a new taxi each time I finished my drop in, drop out, but the dispatcher said "TOO BAD". So the driver, Angel, was real nice when she showed up and we went to the first stop. Then I paid her and told her that I wouldn't be calling their company again b/c there are two more on my google list so I would ahh how it would go. Angel was very sweet and polite and a terrific driver. Too bad she had to miss out on a $50.00 tip. read more

I needed a taxi because my vehicle is in the shop. I didn't have any cash on me so I called them asking them if they take debit cards and the moody guy who answered the phone shouted "NOPE!!!" And hung up on me. Wow! How professional and what kind of cab company doesn't take debit cards in the year 2022 going on 2023. I have used other cab services in different cities and they all took debit cards, but this one doesn't? Get with the times! Not everyone always carries cash on them 24/7. And the person on the phone could have at least been polite about it instead of getting pissy for no reason. read more

I give five stars to the people who drive the cabs but I give none to the owner. He is the most ignorant rude person I've ever met in my life. Very unreliable with their new reservation service. Spoke to dispatcher four days in a row and was told each time I'd get a call back from the woman who books. Never did. On last try, I was told they were booked on the morning i needed a ride to airport. I had been a good regular customer but will not use them again. These are the most disrespectful unprofessional IGNORANT people I have ever had to deal with. I'm a good quality customer who tips great yet I use their service only because of force since the other cab closed from Covid. They don't believe in customer is right. Horrible service, people that answer the phone are always rude and they blame you for trying yo use a card. I called and asked for a ride and 40 minutes later there i was waiting and late for work. He never sent a cab to pick me up because there was a problem with the card, so instead of calling me to let me know he just didn't care! read more

Drivers almost ran my child down because they were flying down Railroad Street recklessly and totally without any regard that there are people in the crosswalk. When I called and complained about it, the guy told me they don't deal with "nigg*rs". I am white and have a college degree, sounds like they're racially profiling people even though I'm Caucasian. read more

I found myself without a car to get to the voting site, called Gloucester Taxi and the driver was here in 4 minutes. He waited for me while I went in to vote, and drove me home. Turns out he was a graduate of Gloucester Elementary School where I voted. Fare was $7.15, in total, for a very very pleasant vote in the 2017 Gloucester City Election. Taxi service was good, but where they really shined was finding my brand new prescription sunglasses that fell out of my handbag in the cab, and getting them back to me quickly! When I called the next day, they had already found the glasses and Jeff put them in the mail for me the next day (I was more than happy to pay the shipping, obviously). They arrived just a couple days later, almost as though I hadn't forgotten them in the first place... thanks, guys! read more
