This location is incredibly clean and the staff is absolutely awesome. They go over the procedure at the start and provide you with the flyer of the do's and don'ts. The actual removal itself is pretty painless with noticeable results after just the first session. I love the fact that they engage in small talk so the process is not awkward and they constantly ask you if you're doing ok during the laser hair removal process. After such great results after finishing my 6 sessions for my underarms and full face, I'm going to continue with my laser removal sessions for full legs and arms. I graduated and all was well. A few months ago I decided I wanted to have another location laser treated so I called no answer. I text no answer. I finally was able to reach someone but the price is now $800 more than what I was quoted prior. The staff stated there was nothing they could do about the price since I did not purchase prior but I was never notified of the possible price change. I was trying to decide if I wanted to move forward or not so I was asking a ton of questions. It would depend on the day sometimes the staff was helpful and sometimes it almost felt like they wrote you off as if it's your fault you didn't sign up sooner. I'm disappointed about the service but I moved forward with the area. Now it's been a few months and you can never get an appointment, staff will cancel your appointment day of, and will not reschedule you. Not ideal when you spend thousands of dollars for this service. Not sure how they have so many 5 stars with this service level especially being a prior client. Yes, service works but ideally I would skip out on this location.
