Really unhappy with the results of my lips. I got them done in January and have had to go back almost every week for the last 2 Months to get them massaged because of how lumpy they are. I live about an hour away and it's just very inconvenient having to drive there every week. I spent a lot of money on the filler and I'm just very upset because my lips are ruined now and I'm out $335. FRAUD FAKE!!! This is one of the WORST experiences of my life!! I thought the guy that did my face lift was a scam artist but this one tops them all!! Con-artist is her middle name. Not only did she scam me out of $20,000.00 plus another $4,000. to fix her botched job. She left me disfigured. Ladies and the few gentlemen that have went to her. I am sure your fillers SHE PLACED didn't last as long. WHEN THEY SHOULD LAST 9-18 MONTHS! She one doesn't know what she is doing hitting veins and nerves to the point of ptsd and excruciating pain. She doesn't know how to place the fillers. Two she uses dull needles while you are screaming in pain. This woman should be shut down. Next is the BBB and the health department because she is a registered nurse that is practicing under false pretenses. Watering down your filler is against the law. She will not open the fillers in front of you! Which is against the LAW! She hides behind this COUNTER that masks her from you seeing her diluting it! My fillers lasted maybe 3-4 weeks when it should have been months! Beware FRAUD FAKE!! Not only was I botched my best friend has a droopy eye from her placement of Botox. My smile is frozen because she placed Botox in my jaw. It is a strain to smile it is crooked. and my neck now pulls with lines of skin. It is hard to explain. There are picture to prove the results of her work. I was out of work for 1 month in the worst pain of my life. My lips turn black I almost lost my top lip because she mixed her products and I had a bad reaction. I'm not sure what she mixes her products with? Or that she is diluting it with? But it caused me to almost lose my lips! She then has the audacity to say that I went somewhere else and had it done it was not her work?? Is she delusional why in the world would I drop that amount of money to go somewhere else? I have never in my life been treated so bad. I now am stuck with having to have my lip reconstructed because of the scar tissue that she caused in my lips. $8,000.00 NO LIE. I am not ready for that after spending the money I did with her. Also she took my Brilliant Distinction rewards from me because she had my pass word. I earned hundreds of dollars and she gave me crumbs for Lattice I never used that? She robbed me of my points. It is fine she is the one that will be facing the medical board and loss of business. This is bad for business to treat your customers like this. I will attach before and after photos you be the judge of what I looked like. Then she says were not a good fit because she claimed I went somewhere else? Please lady THIS IS YOUR WORK. BEWARE LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!! SEE HER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! FYI: after seeing a plastic surgeon, he doesn't know what she injected he was upset I would use a Groupon! Ok so I got my lips done June 18 they were really uneven i went back a month later and summer had fixed them. I was happy but now my lips are completely back to their original size..u can't even tell they were ever done. She uosold me the juvaderm plus said it would last 18 months. So I had 3 syringes of juvaderm plus injected into my lips and they are gone. If I were to do it again I would go to a different place. I've seen good work that lasts. Five stars Sumar did such a great job on my lips, I had lip filler already (from another med spa)that was not properly injected so she massaged the previous filler to make it look more natural and then she added another syringe. She even offered to have me come back 2 weeks after to help dissolve the filler from the previous place if I wasn't happy with the results. It's only been a week and my lips look so much better. This is a difficult review. If you are set to have an appointment be prepared to have it canceled. After reading numerous positive reviews I choose to schedule treatments. Three times they were rescheduled due to "illness" . When I saw other reviews stating the same I thought this would serve as a cautionary tale. Although I did like her services her sporadic and random cancellations made it impossible to plan around. Sadly my final straw was yet another canceled appointment ( after it had been confirmed) and not one return phone call to apologize. Sumar is a very sweet person with a wonderful attitude. However, I was very disappointed with the Botox injections. After about one week, I noticed my left eyebrow was higher than my right. In addition, my right eyebrow lost its arch, it just went straight across. We made a follow up appointment for the next week. During this appointment, she injected Botox above my right eyebrow to try to fix the A-symmetry. We then made a follow up appointment for the next week again. During the week, I noticed my right eye started drooping. On the day of our follow up appointment, I arrived at 4:30, our appointment was for 4:45. Well, it's now 5:10 and no Sumar. In between our appointment time, I text her stating I was there waiting for her. No response after two text messages. I then left after waiting 25 minutes, she texts me one HOUR later apologizing that she couldn't leave her client due to her "medical issue." I was very disappointed that she never came out even for one minute informing me she was running behind. I was already distraught, due to my right eye drooping and having to drive each way 25 minutes three different times for the follow up appointments. If I were Sumar and I had a client who was upset, I would have offered a refund for at least half. read more
