Then one of the staff told me that whoever did my last oil change had broken the oil cap. That didn't make any sense--if it were broken, oil would be leaking everywhere. He used an instrument to measure the clear coat on the hood and roof and confirmed that it was missing and would require repainting. Although I was unable to use his services for detailing the car right now, I appreciate how responsive he was to my messages and in coming to my place. He was very helpful in advising me how to protect the car and in arranging to get me a quote from a body shop to have sections of the car repainted. Juan is very meticulous and thoughtful and it's a huge plus that he provides his services at the customer's premises.

HOWEVER, I re-downloaded the app last week, booked, confirmed, and Taro showed up today right on time. The cars are looking great and was pretty happy with the work. I did take everything out of the sedan to make sure things were cleaned and Taro did a really thorough job! After tax and tip, it does come out to be about $95 per car so it isn't cheap...but if you're in a pinch or life is just crazy busy, it is definitely worth it to have a clean car. Plus it is the premium for convenience.. Two thoughts or tips would be: 1. If you are getting two cars washed, the app gets a little weird so it looks like you are adding one car under another car...like the other car is an "Add-on". lol - if you are worried about that, don't ..it seems to be right. and 2. When you check your car after the wash, make sure you check the side mirrors. I totally didn't and there were spots all over the side mirrors. Womp.
