It's like if I was to go to subway and just because the line is long to get food, once it hits 5 minutes before closing they tell me they can't serve me. Doesn't make sense. It's not like I went in 5 mins before closing. I worked at service industry places before and we served everyone that came in before closing even if it went over time. Just extremely inconvenienced, and wasted time and gas. If I was told ahead of time before waiting in line I could've spent my time finding a place without huge lines to tan.

They've upgraded beds, but the consequence of that is they don't tell you about the new beds and new bulbs. I emailed multiple times and they didn't respond until I went to corporate. All they did was blame me for going full time when I have been for months completely fine, but this time since they didn't tell me about the new beds I burnt, bad enough I had to cancel an appointment the following day and lose money. I emailed them in hopes of helping them better educate clients coming in so this doesnt happen to anyone else, I wasn't asking for discounts or anything like that. They didn't take any responsibility, Instead they blame the customer and continue to do so after many interactions. I was understanding that maybe it's new employees or not enough training but the manager/owners can't take accountability. Its very upsetting that as a business they can treat customers with so much negligence especially since I used to love this location so much.
