Keeping in mind my hair doesn't even come past the nape of my neck, after doing a piss poor job, both blow drying, and flat ironing my hair. The older lady with the glasses mentioned and previous bad reviews for this salon strikes again. She tried to tell me that because my hair was damaged. She would need an additional $40 just to trim my ends lol. I could go to great clips or any other salon and pay no more than $25 for just a haircut alone she's gonna tell me 40 after she already gave me the price with the cut included so the cut was almost as much as the other services now? Needless to say, I told her after she finish my hair then I will go elsewhere and get it done which I did and only paid $20 for my cut. They don't deserve business and they don't deserve any stars !! I got the jasmine Brazilian wax, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, it wasn't that painful. I do wish they would take a little more time to explain the differences between the waxes and make recommendations based on what each person needs instead of just trying to upsell.
