It's been 3 days and my lashes look like it's half way through week two already. They charge $160 for classic which is the basic set. It's overpriced for sure. Overall, nice looking and tech is cool but service doesn't match the price. I know how to care for my lashes because I've get lashes done often. Since day one my lashes have been shading like crazy. I chose this place because it's close to where I live. I most likely will only go back for lash removals.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more I have had past issues trying eyelash extension-running eyes, pink eyes, burning, etc. So usually when I go to a place to ask questions before purchasing again, I get a lot of eye rolling, huffing and puffing but not here. These ladies were so incredibly patient with my questions, my concerns, my hesitation. They spoke to me on the phone before I made the appointment, spoke to me again while I was there and concerned and offered any resolution in case I was unhappy. I WAS AMAZED at the level of customer service here. They have a customer for life in me. I am big on place with great service, particularly now that its become extinct. My lashes look great! I will be back for other services. This place is a gem in the rough; I'm hoping it stays a secret.

She started with a stencil on the back of my hand, that part turned out the best, though it still didn't fully match the photo I brought. When I asked her to continue the design onto my fingers to match the reference, the front desk assistant pulled out several stencils to try to match it, but none of them looked right. The artist ended up freehanding the fingers while referencing my photo, but the lines came out thick and shaky instead of the fine, clean detail in the picture. I noticed the henna paste itself was drying out as she was applying it, which didn't help. I pointed out the unevenness and asked her to fix it more than once, but the fixes still didn't match the quality of the reference. Henna is $15, so I wanted my money's worth and asked for the full design to be completed rather than just the hand portion -- I don't think that was unreasonable. To make it worse, it's now been two days and the henna is already fading noticeably, which shouldn't happen this soon with a proper application. Overall: 4/10 experience. If a shop offers a service, they should be confident they can deliver it -- otherwise it's a waste of the customer's time and money, and now I'm stuck waiting for a design that honestly looks like it was done by a child to fade off my hand. I wouldn't recommend coming here for henna.

I guess since this is a private owned business they don't have to follow the same sanitation rules as other companies. The dogs did not seem like service animals and just kind of ran around everywhere. Is this acceptable and normal? Is this allowed by the Georgia state board of cosmetology? It does not seem hygienic or sanitary. The dogs followed me into the room and one of them just jumped up on to the chair with me. The technician working on me did not even ask if I was okay with the dogs being in the room with me. Throughout the session, I would hear her speaking to the dogs. Because my eyes were closed I have no idea if she was touching/petting them and then touching my eyes after. Even though the dogs are cute, I was really grossed out by the whole thing.

Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.

Gigi took her time to talk me through the different options for lashes so I can actually achieve the look I was going for. The lash experience was long but relaxing. She set a nice vibe by playing my fave type of music. I fell asleep! I got classic lashes and it took about three hours but it was worth it! The final look was amazing and exactly what I wanted. Next I got the hybrid blueprint eyebrows. She moved fast with the eyebrows and we were done in no time. Again eyebrows looked amazing!
