I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute Swedish or Deep Tissue massage and was very happy with my experience at Glow Day Spa. Lilly provided excellent customer service and was very friendly. My masseuse (I believe her name was Christie or perhaps Cathy) was phenomenal. She asked me what I wanted from the massage and I chose to do deep tissue with hard pressure. She checked in occasionally but otherwise was not too chatty. She did a phenomenal job. Also, as I was leaving Lily said she would honor my Groupon price if I booked another massage, which I think is a very good deal so I went ahead and booked another massage. The only minor negative is that its located in an industrial park type complex and is a little run down. That being said, I highly recommend Glow Day Spa as its a good value for the quality. read more

My first visit to Glow Day Spa was when I purchased a Groupon for a 1 hr massage and a body scrub. The massage was good, but I'm used to Deep Tissue and the therapist worked with medium pressure. The body scrub was also ok, but I'd prefer more coverage to remove the dead skin from my body. I'd be willing to visit them again and I do recommend Glow Day Spa. read more

I bought 1 hr swedish massage from groupon for 2. It was my first time but my girlfriend had massage from other places before. Pro: very quiet room environment, soothing background music. The lady that gives me massage, don't talk at all during the whole session, which was great. it was so relaxing that I falls asleep. You can tell them to be gentle or harder depending of your preference. They are very professional and they give you a full 1 hr for massage, which is rare in other places. Con: the staff should explain about massage a little bit in the beginning instead of leaving me in a room to get undress and came back from a few mins later. Also, i was told that there are no couple massage session. Glow Spa is very professional. I had to cancel last min due to a stomach flu and they didn't give me a hard time at all for rescheduling only 45min till my appt time. I was impressed. But then when I got my massage and facial today I was even more impressed. The ppl here are very nice and courteous. I don't expect that kind of service from an Asian run business on Groupon. Usually they are not happy to see your voucher but here they were just as professional. The massage was exceptional. Very comparable to the high end spa places minus the spa. Ok so I was looking for a day spa for my birthday and since this place had good reviews I decided to come here. The ladies were very nice but the services were awful. Got the deluxe package I believe that came with a Swedish massage 30 min facial and a body scrub. The massage was very awkward too much booty action very uncomfortable, the body scrub hurt like hell I have so many cuts all over my body from how hard she was scrubbing and then after the scrub they rushed me out to the shower to rinse in the middle of the hall way and it was freezing cold with just a lil towel on which 3 days later I have bronchitis/flu and I believe this is were I got it from. Lastly I got the facial she didn't even do any extractions and she was very rough on my face it wasn't even a facial basically a lot of washing face and rubbing arms and then when I was waiting for my bf to pick me up the lady that did my facial came out to the waiting room and told me I had very very bad acne in front of everyone in the room made me feel great! not coming back. read more

It was pretty easy to make an appointment, the location is a little hard to find ( through the plaza make a right), but my treatment was great. I had Cindy and she did a great job. She made me feel at ease and by the end of my service I was on cloud nine. I recommend them and I plan on visiting again soon. read more

So unhappy! Had a couples massage - my husband's was wonderful and relaxing. The front desk staff were attentive and kind. My masseuse was very rough. I asked her several time to use last my slow strokes, but she persisted in using short choppy pinches. My neck is now in spasm. My mom and I went in for only 60-minute massages, but both our therapists were so divine we wanted more. We swapped our experiences and each was unique in their approach (same massage) and totally fit our needs. My masseuse, bless me I forget her name it was a month ago, used a wonderful combination of hot towels and full-back massages, so that my muscles were seriously so buttered, all melted. It was better than when I got in-room masseuse at a luxury resort! They really pampered my mom and I, and we were able to enjoy the sauna and pad around in our soft fluffy robes. I called for a very last minute appointment and the lady at the front desk was awesome and did all she could do to make sure to get me in the same day for a 1 1/2 hr massage and facial. Highly recommend Glow Day Spa. They have remodeled the facility and it looks great. The waiting area is comfortable. They serve tea and chocolate after the massage. I have tried other facilities and this is the best. Your massage can be customized including deep tissue and hot stone. The membership program is a great value. I feel great after each visit.
