If not, they make sure to schedule me for the following evening since they know I enjoy my massages more at night before bedtime. That kind of personal attention really makes a difference. This is our to go place when we need a massage. Close to home. The masseuse are good if u like hard massages . I like relaxing massage so i always tell them make it softer. They also have private rooms but we always just use the outside area. They have curtains in between each room and it's dark anyways. My husband always fall asleep. as for Me i crunch sometimes coz they are trying to break the knots on my body. One time i gave my friends gift certificates and they thought i punished them coz they didn't tell the masseuse to make it lighter/softer. so they tolerated an hour of massage getting very deep massages. The massage was alright. What really bothered me was the customer service. When we were waiting, we were talking at normal voice level (yes I understand a whisper would have been appropriate, but my point is we were not yelling) a staff member from behind the curtain just shushed us then another staff member came out and told us to be quite. It was very rude, there are other ways to go on about asking people (CLIENTS) to be quiet. Also when we were paying, we left a tip and then the staff member was not happy, he was clearly bothered by the amount and even verbally communicated it. He said "that's all" rolled his eyes and shoe'd us away. Tipping is OPTIONAL and the massage wasn't even that good. His reaction was completely unnecessary. I do not recommend going here! read more

I have been a customer of this spa for over 10 years. Their prices are generally fair and service can be good, although sometimes inconsistent. Unfortunately, last week I experienced something that made me decide not to return. On Sunday around 4 pm, I called to make an appointment and was told they were fully booked. About 15 minutes later, they called me back saying a 4 pm client didn't show up and asked if I could come in. I confirmed and told them I would arrive in about 20 minutes. When I got there, I was told the original 4 pm client had arrived and they needed to take him instead. I was turned away after already driving there. This is the third time in 10 years that my time was handled this way. I understand businesses want to maximize their bookings, but business is built on trust. You may make a few extra dollars in the moment, but you risk losing long-term customers who value reliability and respect. Sadly, that's what happened here. read more

First time here. I initially thought this was a "clothes-on" massage since we were just behind curtains. The hubs and I just walked in, no appointment, so we were greatful they took us in on the spot. Super funny when they asked if we're ready and they walked in with is sitting and fully clothed. What a terrible experience! I have been going to this location for over 5 years regularly and just had the most awful experience with a woman working here, I am not sure if she was a manager or what. After a mediocre massage experience (both my husband and I turned to each other after they were done and whispered "woah was yours kind of meh too?" - and both had rough massages with lots of interruptions thru out as they went to the back). One of the two women wasn't satisfied with her tip (which was a normal amount for a job not that well done?) and demanded more - she literally got into a loud argument with my husband that he didn't tip enough for 2 people and there was a minimum tip. Wait what? If they have a minimum tip they need to advertise this, because their prices are completely false if this is the case. They get you in the door with one price but then say "hey you didn't do the minimum tip" to try to guilt you into a different price. It wasn't sufficient that she pointed out her dissatisfaction though, she continued to berate my husband as we stood there confused. So anyway we won't be coming back even tho this was a regular place we came often, someone should look into reporting them to the BBB for false advertising. read more

Came in for a deep tissue massage last week with my wife. I like how they have couples rooms and the staff and atmosphere is a solid 4. However this is my second visit here in the last month or so and I'm still not completely satisfied with the "deep tissue" aspect of my massage. The first visit was actually better because the masseuse used the ceiling bars to walk on my back which I like (I really like firmness ) I know it's not Burke Williams but I expected at little more "deepness" and my 60mins left me wanting more stimulation.
