The treatment room itself had gentle music and was a cross between medical and spa. My esthetician was Lillian and she had very nice, gentle hands. I'm going to guess she does facials as opposed to massage. The treatment starts with you putting on their paper panties and getting into a plastic-lined bed. It's plastic lined because this is a "dry" room for a body scrub, which is kind of tricky. The scrub itself was less aggressive than I like. The wrap, then, was totally not what I was expecting. I never had one before and thought it would be a slathering-on of some sort of body masque, wrapped in fabric or leaf mummy style, and then left to let magic take its course. Instead, the scrub sugar was left on my skin (albeit a thin layer) and then I was wrapped loosely in a plastic sheet and tarp. While this didn't quite meet my expectations, I'll assume that my expectations (on the treatment in general) were off. After about 10 minutes the plastic sheet is removed, you're given what is essentially a sponge bath, and then a layer of lotion is applied (here is where the gentle hands of my esthetician were much appreciated). I would certainly consider returning to this establishment for a facial but not the scrub/wrap. For what it was, the price was quite high and I didn't notice any special results.

I called the salon back a day later (bc they were closed) to get the lashes fixed. I requested another person. She removed most of the lashes but couldn't remove all of them and "fixed" my lashes. It's been 2 weeks and my lashes are starting to grow out and these lashes are falling out in clumps. Taking off a lot of my natural lashes. The salon said that there was "miscommunication" between me and my eyelash lady. I simply asked for a cat eye share and 11mm-15mm length lashes. I don't know what she did. It wasn't a cat eye shape, nor did it look good. She put the longest lengths in the middle of my eye. There was so much glue and the lashes were put it very messy. They were hurting my eyes. You can see in the pictures. I'm not sure who did my lashes first. I'm not going to drop any names. However, no customer should have to deal with this. I spent 2 hours the first time getting it done, then went back, got most of the lashes removed, & spent another 3 hours getting them to look decent. Waste of time and money.
