They make canceling expensive and frustrating by making you sign up for three months/commit, then not letting you cancel without sending you through hoops and a 30 day notification period where they end up charging you an extra month. Also be aware that they now ask for a tip after each session that they preset, starting at 18-20% This was my main reason for canceling. I'll not be back. They can keep that last payment and I will have learned a good lesson in reading a contract before entering into an agreement, expecting transparency.
