usually don't write reviews but this place was just so unprofessional i had to say something. walked in and wasn't even greeted. told them i had an appointment and the girl at the front with short hair (who spoke english) didn't acknowledge me at all or even make eye contact... until i was paying at the end i got a facial and the products they used were definitely not for sensitive skin. it burned and i saw the massage cream they used on my face. also the lady didn't wash her hands. she kept leaving the room, touching stuff, then coming back and going straight to my face... no gloves either, even during extractions at the end, another lady came out and offered me a free sheet mask which was nice... but then she held onto it and asked me to follow their instagram. i said no thanks politely but it was just awkward. whole experience was not great, NOT worth it read more

I came in purchasing 100 units of Botox and indeed it was worth it. The doctor that helped me also used a technique that is popular in Korea where they use the Botox a little above the skin to reduce fine lines. The shop is located at the corner with plenty of parking space. When you walk in you are greeted right away with friendly staffs. Would not recommend. Had a consultation and was scheduled for a procedure, but was cancelled the day of the procedure. Rescheduled with another doctor, but still couldn't have the desired procedure, as the doctor recommended a different procedure from what was originally discussed during the consultation. No follow up post procedure as promised, decided to go elsewhere. read more

Purchased a Groupon and was told by the owner that if I went on to Yelp and left a good review, she had me do it while she was standing there, if I gave a good review she would give me 10 units credit. I purchased a 2nd round and was supposed to have the 10 units credit. When I tried to cash that in, she was not going to honor it and was quite frankly upset I was using a Groupon. It's been a week since I've gotten my botox and I have to say I'm loving the results so far! I had really bad crows feet around my eyes and they are almost completely gone.
