This place is not clean at all! My toes is still hurting and one is bleeding for a pedicure 2 days ago! Not sanitary, didn't see them use clean tools.. they use the same acetone from a previous client to clean up my polish around my toes. Disgusting. I ended up taking off the polish from my toes, and disinfecting the nail I also made an appointment with one person. And he tried to brush me off to somebody else because there was a walk-in. First time here . We received very basic pedicures . I can't say if this is the " correct " price , but the most basic pedicure , we were charged 30 dollars a piece . There are no signs with pricing , so nothing to dispute . This is the same price you would be charged at a more " upscale " establishment . Everyone was nice enough, so honestly the amount of money for the service is not fair . Far too steep. If all you need is a quick 10 minute pedicure , there are 100's of better places in area to choose from. Update **. This is my favorite spot. Since new ownership the products have improved ( all natural products), its much cleaner, and seems to be a better variety of nail polish. They sterilize all of their equipment and use liners for their pedicures.. you can tell they are super clean and I love that. My go to nail technician is Thommy.. a cool guy who does a great job. I always get a gel manicure and regular pedicure and it will run about 50.00 which I think is a good price. For Christmas they had balloons on a tree and Inside the balloons was a discount off your service, very nice early Xmas present. This will be my first and last time coming to this nail shop. My nails look decent but the service was terrible and not worth 35 dollars to be treated like an inconvenience. They are not enforcing hand washing or sanitizing upon entering the salon. The woman that did my nails, Tina, stopped several times while she did my nails with no explanation or "excuse me". She would just get up abruptly and walk away or stop doing my nails to talk. Myself and another young lady were the only customers being serviced at the time. I came in for a fill and gel manicure. There was no lotion provided after, I guess I'm used to better salons. A man that works there came in to the salon without a mask. The rest of my time there he never put on a mask. I was invited to come here to be treated for Father's Day, and boy, was it a treat?! I got a lavender pedicure with the works. Hot stones with parrafin wax, a foot mask, and a very relaxing foot rub as well as a foot scrub. I also got wrapped up with the hot towels, which was very relaxing. I also received a deluxe manicure, which included hot oils and a relaxing hand massage. I was so relaxed and sleepy when I left, which is a very good thing. One thing that sets this place apart from other places is that they pay attention to detail and they take their time with you. I never felt rushed or hurried to leave. I was very disappointed with this service. I have been twice based on the amazing reviews, and each time my visit fell short. For this past visit, I called to see if they have availability for a walk-in appointment in about 10 minutes and they said yes. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes and then my overall nail lady was not very good. The pedicure was very mediocre and during my manicure, she cut my cuticle where it proceeded to bleed and bleed. As this happened, she did not apologize at all, and instead just nervously laughed it off - I was not amused. I was supposed to have a gel manicure, but after the bleeding fiasco, I wanted to be finished and leave, so I proceeded to have a regular polish, which was also very mediocre. There are some other nail techs here that were doing amazing work, seemed to have repeat customers and were super friendly with everyone. My nail technician happened to be not so good. After voicing my unhappiness and concern for my finger to the manager, he apologized, but there was no discount or percent off given which would have been nice. He recommended to see Tom next time, but I will not be returning. read more

Absolute disappointment. After a great first visit, my second visit was a disaster. The worst pedicure I've ever gotten, with a tech who spoke no English. How frustrating to get any sort of a message or request across when she could not understand me. My manicure was supposed to be a gel manicure but the tech (different from the pedicure tech) convinced me to get dipped nails instead. He seemed so confident and sure of his advice that I went along with it. The dip nails have not even lasted a week! They are already coming apart. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with my nails and the whole experience. After a great first visit, the second visit was the exact opposite and such a shock. I'll never visit with them again. I went here on Saturday 2/8/2020 for a dip mani and regular pedi. The tech Lilly spilled acetone on my phone while I was trying to show her the design I wanted. Immediately my phone was not working properly. The guy there Zach tried to fix my phone. They expected me to pay for the service which I did because I am not confrontational. She also cut me multiple tThen I immediately went to they to get the phone fixed $75. Where they then said the phone was broken beyond repair. I went to Tmobile and for a new phone. I called Sunday they said the owner would call me back. He didn't. I called Tuesday still no call back. I called again Thursday and today. The management has yet to call me. Offer to help fix/replace the phone. I have been a long time customer and highly recommended then to others. I will never return and will be warning everyone from going to this place. read more

This was my second time here. The first time wasn't a very good experience so I decided to give them a second try and I was terribly disappointed. I was taken by a older male tech that never gave his name. After taking off half of the polish he started drilling my nails which is fine but he literally took off alot of my nail leaving them very thin and brittle. Mind you that's not how my nails were when I walked in. My nails were so thin they were peeling. He then cut one of my nails so short it got my skin underneath. He proceeded to file my other nails without cutting the rest leaving me with uneven nails. He tried to put a tip on that nail , I had to stop him considering I went in for a gel manicure. I had to ask him to stop and cut the rest so they were all even. He never soaked them leaving my nails incredibly sloppy. I was very angry since now I had short and very brittle nails at this point. Completely BUTCHERED my nails. The owner got a very nice older lady to fix the sloppy job that he had done. Not to mention this man had worked on one hand for an hour. I finally left the salon 2 hours later for just a gel manicure with a subpar manicure, brittle nails that I will have to regrow and not to mention I was late for work. I will NEVER go back. If you want the waste your time and want a SLOPPY job done this is the place for u. RIO PRO NAILS does a better job, better customer service, better prices and doesnt butcher nails. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I've been here quIte a few times when getting my nails done with my best friend. This is her go-to spa. Recently they just changed ownership. The previous owner and workers were so wonderful and really on top of everything. However, I felt like this was a complete different salon last time I went. My best friend had Julie who we believe was drunk! I had Tony work on my nails.. THE ABSOLUTE WORST! When I first sat down, he had his paycheck and tips laying out counting them. He still counted as I was sitting in front of him! I was wearing acrylics and I told him FOUR times that I wanted to have a clear base but with French tips. He nodded his head and begun to get everything set up. He then told me that he couldn't do clear nail polish because it "wouldn't look right". But I insisted that that is what I wanted. He refused, so I picked out a light/clear looking pink. He then put my nails in acetone. As I we were waiting, he left to go smoke. When he came back he smelled strongly of cigarettes. Then, he starts to take the previous polish off, and broke two of my acrylic nails! He then clips them shorter than I wanted. He put my nails in acetone again (which I was confused by). Suddenly, a customer came in very upset because she had gotten her nails done by him the day before and one broke. She was causing a scene and he got up and began working with her!! While I was still there in acetone. By the time he was done with that customer, my acrylic nails have completely come off because they were sitting in the acetone for a little over 25mins!! I was very annoyed and just ready to leave. So I told Tony to just leave my natural nail and put a clear coat on it with a thin French tip. He agreed and proceeded to put my nails in the dipping powder. Did touch my cuticles or anything! After the second coat I realized that my nails were NOT clear but a light pale gray!! I was so upset. I'm not one to ever tell a technician that I don't like my nails. Nor have I ever had my nails done not in my liking. He did no French tips after I told him numerous times that is what I wanted. I left and gave no tip! However, my best friend got her nails done by Julie and they came out beautiful. read more

Will never go again! Please do NOT let TONY do anything especially feet & acrylics! I don't even know HOW he has a job there. I went in for a pedicure & to have acrylic placed on my big toe nail.he rushed through everything, kept answering his phone a million times, his glove broke & his dirty hands & nails were exposed& I had to tell him multiple times to please replace your gloves with new ones for hygienic purposes. He applied my acrylic poorly, uneven, & he had to fix it about 3 times. I ended up being 2 hours there because he had to keep redoing it because it didn't look natural & i refuse to pay $55 for a garbage pedicure a 5 yrs old would have done better. What he did to 1 foot he would forget to do to the other (trimming the cuticle,filing/shaping the nail)because he was so distracted with his phone! In the end, someone else had to step in & fix his garbage work (nails were filed slanted instead of straight, polish not covering the whole nail, some nails came out round & some were square- which is what I originally asked for-Square)which I was expected to pay $55 for, 2 and a half HOURS LATER. I left NO Tip & will never go back there again! Will not recommend.as I was leaving I found out I was the 3rd person he had messed up that day. read more

I was looking for a nail salon to do a pedicure and I found this place. I called and asked how much was a pedicure and they said $25. I scheduled the appointment, and the guy who did my pedicure was rough on my feet. After he was done, I went to dry and the girl comes over to me to charge me and she tells me it will cost $30.00 for callus removal. Callus removal? I get my pedicure done monthly. What callus? Anyway, I will never go back to this place again. The guy knew I wasn't happy with the service and he knew he wasn't going to get a tip so that was his sneaky way of getting his tip. I probably will be back to treat both my daughters but I'm not sure if I'll be back for myself. The quality of nail cutting, painting etc of my nail tech was very poorly done. I consider myself a nail vet. I had to ask someone to repaint my mani polish bc it just looked a mess. After I had left I noticed that my pinky toe polish wasn't done correctly either, it looked smudged or creased. "NG" is the person that did my nails. I really wish I was put with someone else that was more experienced or detailed oriented. First impressions are everything. HORRIBLE! I went to get dip with tips put on and a pedicure. I chose a mauve color and after doing one hand I told him this isn't the color I chose and he had an excuse that the company doesn't always match the color. It was clear it was 2 different colors. I said I understand but it's 2 different colors and he continues to blame the company. So I said ok then and he continues. Once it was done he asked if I liked it and I said no. The girl at the front desk asked if I was getting a pedicure and I asked if I was getting a discount because it wasn't what I wanted. He started to argue loudly with me saying I had a choice if I wanted to change the color. I said I was never given an option and he continues to argue saying yes he asked and I said no I wanted it. LIE! So because of how he was acting I said it's fine. So he tells me go wash my hands. As I'm walking away he continues to argue in his language and everyone in the shop is watching him. So I paid 48 for something I didn't want. I have thought long and hard about putting a review of this place. I tried them 3 times and each time was worse than before. My last and final time I stepped into the place I was going to get a pedicure and gel manicure. The girl couldn't speak any English so you could not communicate with her at all. Others techs had to speak for her, very unprofessional, learn English or at least try. I honestly don't believe she is licensed either. She couldn't do a basic pedicure, then proceeded to burn me, did nothing until one of the owners approached to help her. She couldn't comprehend yelling ouch, your burning me wasn't a good thing. Then polish, even my niece can manage to do this. She added something to the polish, did a messy job, could not slip my Sandals on, I did it after her and another couldn't do it. Three hours later I was looking at my toes and noticed how poor the polish job was, touched it and the entire polish on all toes just slid off.
