When you collect all your "stamps," you get a "prize from the city! There was plenty of seating and even some comfy chairs. It is well lit and very clean. This game mode is unique and different, the bumpers are up and based on where your bowling ball touches the bumper, you get different multipliers on your resulting score from knocking down the pins. Each round the zones and multipliers are different. Our group was asked if we wanted to order anything as we were getting set up and putting on shoes, but they never came by to check on us after we said to give us a few minutes.

They proceeded to break the rules and proceeded to stand around our teams respawn and eliminate us over and over. When I informed the employee in charge of the laser tag they shrugged it off and allowed the kids to continue to do it until they made the game so unenjoyable for my son and niece that they didn't want to continue to play. The employee running the laser tag said maybe we should just come back on another day instead of enforcing the rules. When speaking with the manager, she said oh yeah they have been an issue all day. Today, during the 12-3 session, immediately after the announcement of rules, the announcer had to specifically reprimand 3 teenage boys who were playing tag, reminding them that they were not allowed to play tag. They continued to play tag cutting off other people, including young children who were there from a daycare center. They skated the wrong direction causing others to have to swerve to miss them and making several people to fall. After the rules announced that no one was aloud to stand and lean over the way or stop for any reason while on the skating floor, there were about seven teenagers standing inside of the rink near the half wall just talking, causing several little kids to fall. We left after less than an hour when one of the teenagers ran into my 11 year old son shoving him to the ground because he was oblivious to others. There was a referee on the floor, but he was not enforcing any of the rules. He just helped people up if he saw that they had fallen. If the rules are made to keep everyone safe, they need to be enforced, so people don't get hurt due to negligence. Not enforcing the rules is negligence on behalf of the skating center.

HP Lanes held the PWBA Barbara Chrisman Classic presented by Storm Bowling. The lanes were great…read morethe lady bowlers participating. I had a small Pepperoni Pizza which delicious and recommend their pizzas. I normally buy a large Diet Pepsi and bottled water. The center has hosted High School Bowling Tournaments, PBA 50 Tour events, and more at the center. I want to thank Gary Joyce, the proprietor of HP Lanes for what he has done over the years along with the renovations of the center during and after the pandemic. I look forward to another tournament at HP Lanes with my normal Sunday morning bowling at $2.50 a game.
