I went there a week prior to leaving for my son's graduation from marine boot camp. I told her exactly what I wanted and did not want. I did NOT want to look like Cher with high cheekbones or chipmunk cheeks as my eyes are already small...she agreed and said she would inject near my eyes to widen that area and gave me filler and Botox. I asked her to be careful as I didn't want her to hit a nerve or vessel (like a dr did a few years prior), she said she wouldn't. I've NEVER allowed anyone to inject anything into my face that wasn't a board certified doctor but this place has good reviews and looked decent. I walked out of there in pain with a EGG/knot on my face...what's worse is after getting home my face got WORSE! It was so sore to touch for WEEKS! And I had black and blue bruises across my face that could not be covered by makeup due to pain and the darkness of bruises (see pictures taken 3 weeks after visit). I've msg back and forth for weeks and they refuse to refund the nearly $2500 I paid for the privilege of missing my trip...being in pain..and having to explain to everyone who stared that I wasn't beaten. If anything I should be compensated for all the stress and pain and missed flights and most of all missing a huge part of my son's life. All the owner would say is 'sorry but that's what happens sometimes' NO No it's not...a small bruise that lasts a few days even a week if the provider is that bad....but not a MONTH! Then she has the gall to say 'come back and we can see what we can do to your face' why on earth would I want them touching me again??! I wasn't going to write a review but since she is being so unreasonable I have to warn people. As a retired veteran I expected her to have some kind of morale compass and be honest...especially as she said her husband was military but obviously not of the same caliber. Disgusting. Take your chances if you must but I wouldn't. Go to a proper doctors office.

Others have raised similiar concerns about his care within the past two years be sure to do your reserach. Following a surgical procedure on March 25th, I developed a severe post-operative infection. For days, I messaged the doctor about my rapidly worsening symptoms, but my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. No basic diagnostic tests or workups were ever performed. When I finally saw the doctor in office, it was only a cursory examination. Later, when the infection became critical, and I informed the doctor of a new abscess forming and continued severe symptoms, I was completely ignored. The doctor refused to see me, stating I didn't need to be seen again as I had just been in the day before. Pushed out office visit 14 days. This is despite my repeated warnings of new, concerning symptoms. The very next day, I had to seek emergency medical care and was admitted to the hospital for four days with sepsis, requiring IV antibiotics. This critical situation was a direct result of failure to adhere to the most basic standards of medical care and a complete lack of duty to provide timely and appropriate treatment. The doctor's subsequent lack of remorse and empathy has been deeply disturbing and has further eroded any trust I had. His complete disregard to the most basic standards of care, I have never experienced from any doctor in a trusted possession such as his. The ongoing physical and emotional consequences of this negligence are severe. I urge anyone considering this doctor to seek care elsewhere to avoid a similar terrifying and dangerous experience. If you are reading this and have experienced similar, make sure you report to every possible social media and professional board.

I actually thought they would fade a lot more by this point but they've really held their color! The initial appointment was quick and easy and the touch up was even easier. I would absolutely recommend Molly! NEVER go to this salon !!!!…read more In April 2018, I visited this salon with a consultation on the laser hair removal account, I do this not the first time and I know the clinical indications for the procedure and the time of hair loss and so on. After consulting with the doctor, she told me to come in a month or more, since my skin is too dark for the procedure. I want to say that I am a white race and my skin is a little dark (I come from Russia). I warned the doctor that my skin would not become brighter as this is my natural color, I avoided the sun in every possible way and took sun protection creams. Arriving at the procedure the doctor was told that my skin is not light, I once again explained to the doctor that I do this not for the first time, on the same laser and on certain capacities. The doctor has made to me procedure on all body at my parametres what i did before. Applying lines along of my body with a marker to distribute the zones, after finishing did not even offer me a wet napkin so I could erase those lines !!! It took 2 weeks and the hairs still on my skin, I called the salon where the manager told me to wait 20 days and then to call, we agreed by phone that if my hair will be on my skin I would do a free procedure again or return the money. I called after 20 days, explaining that I was not happy with the service and the manager refused to compensate me anyhow !!! Speaking that my skin types are complicated for the procedures and they warned me that the hair will not disappear at all. So for this, there is a set of procedures !!!! I first encounter such a bad attitude towards clients, I could continue to visit this salon and advise it to everyone, but you lost the payment of an able client and gained a bad reputation !!!!
