Decided to try this place since there aren't many bubble tea places in Auburn. I hate to give it a 1 star. Contrary to other people's reviews, I didn't interact with any of the workers due to there being a self-service screen where you can place your order (I actually liked that). But the drink I got was so bad... I got the strawberry fruit tea. It tastes like watered down Brisk Tea with strawberries in it :( I couldn't even drink it. I was just so disappointed. First time visiting - Coffee Milk Tea w/ boba, no sugar: Gave this drink a try based on another Yelper mentioning espresso shot. Drink did not disappoint! Boba was on point: very fresh. I could taste the coffee and tea (some places drown the drink with milk so I was pleasantly surprised of the strong coffee taste). Even w/o sugar it was sweet enough with the milk. Wait: 6mins (with 3 orders ahead of me) which is honestly not bad plus they have incorporated a "text you when ready" system so you don't have to stand around all day. There's 2 screens for you to self-order when ready. *Only wish their standard scoop of crushed ice wasn't so much (mine was half the cup). Surcharge if you want less ice or no ice, free for extra ice. ?: Didn't realize they serve hot drinks because I didn't see on the menu but I saw a customer receive one. If you are fortunate enough to get their waffle ice cream, then it is amazing. However, it is a hit or miss and mostly a miss. I've spent so much time standing in line only to be told that they are out of waffles. They're ALWAYS out of waffles. YOU CAN COME UP TO THE STAFF AND ASK IF THEY HAVE WAFFLES. AFTER THEY SAY THAT THEY DO HAVE WAFFLES, WHEN IT IS YOUR TURN TO ORDER THEY ARE MYSTERIOUSLY OUT OF WAFFLES!!! I don't understand why they can't just have more waffles ready. The light bulb container concept is neat, but that's about it. The taro milk tea taste like powder and the boba is over done. The regular milk tea was fine, not a lot of tea flavor. One additional star for the location being near the food court and makes it easy to find. read more

It's about time they opened a boba joint in the Outlet collection mall. I get it, Auburn doesn't have a ton of asians but we're moving to the burbs too. I really do want to like this place but it's just not that good. The boba is hella hard (and I even had to wait 10 minutes for a fresh batch). How does a boba place not have boba during the peak rush hours? Anyways, I digress. The classic milk tea tasted watered town and didn't have much tea taste at all. The prices are also a little high for what you get. If you frequent other boba places like share tea and Yi Fang Taiwan fruit tea, you'll be disappointed. I'll continue to give this place a chance since it's close to work but I hope they step up their game. I haven't tried any of their waffle desserts so I'm solely basing my review on the tea drinks I've tried so far. And skip the "bulb" size...super overpriced. read more

I have tried many bubble tea places all over the Seattle-Tacoma area and I haven't tried this one bubble tea place from my own town Auburn. Nothing really stood out to me in their menu (I was hoping for different types of teas in their menu like green, jasmine, just like any other bubble tea place) so I just went for the brown sugar milktea boba. They don't do sugar levels, but it wasn't sweet enough for me.. and I usually order 25% sugar. It was watered down and I can't even feel the milktea taste at all. It was just water + creamer. As the only bubble tea in Auburn, please do better. read more

Pass by by chance with my family. Looks neat with the light bulb theme. Ordered 4 drinks. $40+ dollars not yet with tip. Wished we didn't tip, but that's before knowing how rude the girl was. They charge 50 cents extra for NOT adding ice. Okay- I will pay for that extra charge... Oh look... you put ice in anyway.... We went back to the counter and asked nicely about the added ice and with irritation she said she would fix it, but then said it was too hard to pour out due to the ice so she gave us a half cup tea to make up for the difference. Okay, that's fine. May I have a lid for the cup- Bruh, straight rolled her eyes as she handed me the lid. Holding all 4 drinks now and 3 out 4 of them have drinks dripping on the outside of the containers. She didn't bother to wipe them down when she made the orders. Walked all around their shop, no napkins. I really did not want to walk to auntie Anne's to ask for napkins, so I had to wait to catch her eyes again. "You have a question!?" "Sorry, may I have some napkins?" Yup, same attitude with the eye rolling. Well, 4 drinks for 40+$ - I would say its not worth my money since its not anything different. First time I saw it, I was in a bit of hurry so I couldn't get it. There was a line of about 2-3 people if I were to get it. Second time I passed by, there was about 3 people in front of me. I had time so I stopped by and decided to try it out. Everyone was kind enough to enforce social distancing (standing 6 feet apart), the crew wear mask and have the transparent cover between the cashier and the customer. I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, large size. Did not regret it at all! My only feedback is to have a bit more brown sugar (I'm just so in love with that brown sticky delicious slime-looking thing lol.) But it was still delicious! The tapioca is chewy, some stick to one another. And if you but the large size bulb, you can save that bulb, wash it when you get home, then bring it next time for a refill (not free but not expensive!) Totally worth buying the large bulb if you're a fan of bubble teas, milk teas. They also sell waffles like Happy Lemon although I didn't try it, probably will do next time. read more

This is one of the best mall joint bubble tea shops I've been to. Sip and spoon in tacoma still tops. But this is definitely hitting close. A little disappointed about no espresso yet, have been waiting for them to start it for a while. Instead i got the coconut coffee milk tea and the Oreo waffle. Terrible tasting smoothie and milk tea. Taro milk tea had the color of grape Tylenol and tasted like the concentrated syrup. Prices were average but for the light bulb is definitely not worth it. Would never try this place again. Even oasis is better tasting and more better quality then the drinks they produce here. This place focuses too much on the looks, design, those fancy aprons the employees wear instead of the quality and creativity of a tasty and sweet boba tea, that should taste like the tea they infuse the artificial flavors with but instead you get a concentrated syrup taste. There's a reason why places like boba lust, sharetea, and oasis are very popular. Until this place fully gets how to make boba tea I don't see this place getting far. I wanted to like this place but it was honestly disappointing. Not only did our order take more than 20 minutes. There was 3 people there working and the person who took our order ALSO made our food. The other girl who was working friends showed up and she made there order before ours. Usually I would be more understanding kids see there friends and they want to impress but we didn't even get an apology for the wait, instead we got attitude.
