Worse than that, none of his hair is even. There are huge lumps all around his hair, and even strands that were never cut and are just sticking out. If you're going to cut hair, it's important to listen to your client and then pay attention to the details. We have to go to a whole new place to get this fixed...before anyone sees him in public.
