I should have known when no one was in the salon but the 1 nail tech. She was very rough. It was…read morethe worst experience I have had getting a gel manicure. She kept texting while working on my nails and then she called someone, had them on speaker phone, and she started yelling at the person on the phone "I did not cut you, you came in here with a cut on your finger" the person on the phone said, "no, you cut me and now I have an infection". The nail tech then said, "no you are a liar" and then she hung up on the person. I looked down at my thumb and saw some blood around the edge of my thumb and now I am wondering if I too will get an infection. Stay away from this place.

I showed up to my rescheduled appointment only to find out she had canceled it that day to show me what it felt like to have someone cancel on short notice. Vindictive and unprofessional.
