A tip is a very private thing, in my opinion, and at the end of what should be a relaxing experience, having someone tell you what they are expecting you to leave only makes things awkward. Not my style. Because of these two issues, I wouldn't recommend it or be back. Massage itself was good, but if you can't communicate easily with what aches you, it lessens the experience. I spoke to Britnee and let her know the pain I was having after the accident and asked if she can assist me. She said yes but only after I get cleared by my doctor, which was completely understandable. I got cleared and made an appointment, Britnee suggested the 60 minute upper body massage. When I arrived to the place, parking was easy, I got to the door and Britnee was there to greet me. She offered me water and escorted me to the room. It was a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Before I get to the massage portion of the review, I have a big issue when it comes to me coming in contact with other people's germs, I even avoid a lot of nail salons due to cleanliness, and when I say I felt so comfortable laying my face on the table, it was very refreshing. So now let's discuss the massage portion, as mentioned above I went there due to pain after a car accident, I was concerned before starting that she would be too rough around the most sensitive places, but that wasn't the case. Britnee played a guided meditation for me, as per request, and I relaxed, meditated and it was just so great. She used a CBD oil on me that was also very helpful. She was gentle where she needed to be, very professional, and I can tell she really pays attention to her clients needs and does her best to make the relaxed and have an overall great experience. Since my massage I feel like my muscles are less tense, and over a lot more relaxed. Although I don't have anything negative to say, I would say that it would be great if walk in was an option, maybe one day it will be. Next time you want a massage, call Gifted Hands and ask for Britnee, you won't regret it. Overall I had a very relaxing and fun experience. Britnee was so great to talk to as well.

I asked her to do trigger point treatment prior to my appointment. After my appointment, she told me that another therapist at the place did that technique. She was very sweet and down-to-earth though. During my first massage, my room was next to the door. In the middle of the massage, a bunch of chatty Cathy's barged in for some reason and would not shut up. The sounded like teenaged soccer players. This temporarily disrupted my massage.
