It was painful; like she was stripping my skin of the bone but at the end, it felt like I was walking on pillows. I felt so light on my feet. I've never experienced anything close to again and wish I could. It could be because it was first time and she loosened all the knots and tight foot muscles. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying their regular body massage in the future when I'm back for next Vet visit. The thing I didn't notice initially was that when we first walked in, it felt too warm...maybe? But once things got moving, it was actually perfect. They instructed us to disrobe as much as we were "comfortable", which for me was not disrobing at all. I was actively told by my wife that was NOT, in fact, an option. They also offered to let us use the bathroom across the hall if need be. Pro Tip here: When they offer, if there is ANY part of you that thinks you might even need to use it just a LITTLE, you should do that. Let's just leave it at that. About 5 minutes later they came back in and got started. So they basically like work your back, arms, legs, etc. Then flip you over and do like the front of your legs, arms, head neck etc. It seemed very structured and planned out in a certain way, which I appreciated. Again, having nothing to compare it to, I can only say how it was for me. And for me, it was freaking amazing. The best money I've ever spent on any kind of like "luxury thing". Felt like a completely new man afterward and have been back twice since. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the people that worked on us, but at this point, I'm pretty sure that no matter who you get, you'll be happy. We went over the massage I signed up for and I can say that I really enjoyed the deep tissue with hot stones as an add-on. Leon did a fantastic job with my massage and was extremely informative regarding educating me on my problem areas and how to address them, and I will most definitely be returning for a massage again soon.
