I spoke to Britnee and let her know the pain I was having after the accident and asked if she can assist me. She said yes but only after I get cleared by my doctor, which was completely understandable. I got cleared and made an appointment, Britnee suggested the 60 minute upper body massage. When I arrived to the place, parking was easy, I got to the door and Britnee was there to greet me. She offered me water and escorted me to the room. It was a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Before I get to the massage portion of the review, I have a big issue when it comes to me coming in contact with other people's germs, I even avoid a lot of nail salons due to cleanliness, and when I say I felt so comfortable laying my face on the table, it was very refreshing. So now let's discuss the massage portion, as mentioned above I went there due to pain after a car accident, I was concerned before starting that she would be too rough around the most sensitive places, but that wasn't the case. Britnee played a guided meditation for me, as per request, and I relaxed, meditated and it was just so great. She used a CBD oil on me that was also very helpful. She was gentle where she needed to be, very professional, and I can tell she really pays attention to her clients needs and does her best to make the relaxed and have an overall great experience. Since my massage I feel like my muscles are less tense, and over a lot more relaxed. Although I don't have anything negative to say, I would say that it would be great if walk in was an option, maybe one day it will be. Next time you want a massage, call Gifted Hands and ask for Britnee, you won't regret it. Overall I had a very relaxing and fun experience. Britnee was so great to talk to as well.

So when my wife first mentioned a couples massage at this place, I was...apprehensive, to say the least. :| So having never actually had an actual massage, I have no point of reference here as far as judging how "good" it was, I can only go by how good it seemed, and it seemed really good! The place is basically like a converted house and is super cozy, that helped a lot initially as I kind of felt relaxed in the space right out of the gate. We were greeted by the 2 masseuses (masseurs? No idea honestly but they were both chicks), and walked upstairs into the couples room. The room itself was SUPER chill, like dimly lit, trippy music playing, essential oils misting, etc. etc. Really wild. The thing I didn't notice initially was that when we first walked in, it felt too warm...maybe? But once things got moving, it was actually perfect. They instructed us to disrobe as much as we were "comfortable", which for me was not disrobing at all. I was actively told by my wife that was NOT, in fact, an option. They also offered to let us use the bathroom across the hall if need be. Pro Tip here: When they offer, if there is ANY part of you that thinks you might even need to use it just a LITTLE, you should do that. Let's just leave it at that. About 5 minutes later they came back in and got started. So they basically like work your back, arms, legs, etc. Then flip you over and do like the front of your legs, arms, head neck etc. It seemed very structured and planned out in a certain way, which I appreciated. Again, having nothing to compare it to, I can only say how it was for me. And for me, it was freaking amazing. The best money I've ever spent on any kind of like "luxury thing". Felt like a completely new man afterward and have been back twice since. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of the people that worked on us, but at this point, I'm pretty sure that no matter who you get, you'll be happy. Also, I elected to pass on the feet and glutes option cuz no way that's ever happening, but my wife did not and highly recommends that you do not either!

If you get one of the men, the massage will be excellent. However, if you get one of the women, it will be very inconsistent. When I went with my mom the lady I got did not use enough pressure and the lady my mom got used too much pressure. Overall it's a good place for an hour foot massage (reflexology).
