They told him that someone was waiting for him and he came out to see me even before he finished his lunch. It was like seeing a longtime friend and we had the best conversation. While the parking garage can get busy--which is to be expected in Midtown--they do validate parking, and that's a huge plus. I also really liked the layout of the store. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store itself was clean and well organized, which always makes for a better shopping experience. Since this is a busy part of Midtown, it was nice to see that there are two entrances and exits rather than forcing everyone through a single access point. It made coming and going much smoother. I also love how much of a variety they offer with lemonades to lotions and salves. I visited a few times before actually deciding what to get! Each time I got educated and super awesome customer service! I'll always shop with them for that reason!
