Jan 2026 I get charged $20 I was out of town when it said I had service so I tried calling again got the run around disputed with my credit card... Again March 19th 2026 I'm seeing a pending $30 charge!!! I don't know how they're getting through because they were blocked by my card company and I haven't gotten any service done. Pay cash.

I had a girl named Alexandria student who did my eyelashes, she stabbed me in the eye cut it with extremely sharp blade tweezers, because she had glided my eye shut with the bonding agent, toook hours to complete. the instructor had the nerve to say "tell her she did a good job" well done at destroying my eye and not completing the task. 11 hours at this place. Tortured by the eyes for 8.5 hours, come find out that was her first time doing it. Sorry but that can't be acceptable. That's my eyes that are at risk with chemicals and sharp blade. I honestly wouldn't pay a dime for that nor would I for free! I was thinking I was going to get someone who has done it a bunch of times on classmates and dolls , that then she had advanced to live clients. Wow that's legit scary that this school is doing this! We even asked about those reviews, and they did a great job of downplaying them. Unfortunately, we later learned those concerns were well-founded. This school is unprofessional on so many levels, from cleanliness to the quality of both in-person and online instruction. Whether a school has one student or one hundred, every student deserves equal treatment and support. The student kit was a joke. We were charged $300 and then weeks later stated it was gonna be over $700 for supplies that clearly did not add up to that value. Much of the kit consisted of inexpensive promotional items and freebies seemingly included to justify the cost. Even worse, my daughter never received all of the training items we paid for. The online hour-tracking system was also completely inadequate. There appeared to be no reliable way for the school to accurately track student attendance beyond logging in and out. The school never provided proof or documentation of my daughter's in-person hours or online hours. Yet, when she was preparing to complete the program, we were suddenly told she did not have enough hours and could not continue unless we paid an additional $750 to complete just 23 hours. They currently have my daughter's hours LOCKED due to none payment which is inaccurate. This was after already paying approximately $5800 for the program, not including the numerous "extra fees" that are conveniently excluded from the advertised tuition amount. Students and parents should also be aware that there have been ongoing concerns regarding the ownership and operation of this school, including allegations of repeatedly opening and closing businesses under different names. Additionally, we've heard multiple reports of students completing the program and then waiting months to receive their certificate of completion, delaying their ability to move forward with state licensing. This beauty school has been a complete nightmare. I would never recommend it to anyone and would not wish this experience on another student or family.

It took forever for a hairdresser to come to me. And then they said they wanted to wash my hair when I already said that I only want a blow dry and a haircut and I already told them that I washed my hair. then as they were cutting my hair, there were random people just coming in just looking at hair cutting spraying. There were too many people just playing with my hair. At one point, a random student just started playing with my hair and started spraying water, even though that hair was already blow dried. At the beginning of the cut, one of the employees asked me to show a picture and I showed the picture and she started misbehaving with me and saying "that's not $25 that's $45" and then I showed the website which showed $25. and then finally the teacher came in and just told her to calm down and go away, but she was so rude to me for no reason. Anyway, that was my experience and it just took over three hours to do just to cut and a blow dry and which was ridiculous. The cut was fine. The blow dry was not good, but it's whatever I just wanted to get the hell out of there.
